The Disney one used to be worth it. But they jack up the dues every year and we have been struggling to get the dates we want because they oversold it. There are way more people who 'own it' than they have properties available. Disney said it best in the Incredibles..."When everybody is 'super', then no one is."

Another problem with these clubs is that many will lease to the public at reasonable prices. As a member of the "club", you are competing with customers of costco travel. Many can be booked directly through the resort. My brother and I had a 2 bedroom condo near disney in orlando, rental car for 8 nights, 4 days disney, 2 days universal, and a visit to NASA, for 3600.
Go with Wyndham or Hilton - they have real packages but play hard ball until the end. You’ll get a better deal. Or walk away if you have other priorities. Don’t pay over 10,000 ever! Best wishes!

Thank you for the video, actually it is a scam and a waist of money. Cause they hit you with the yearly maintenance fees that match what you pay to stay in a 5* hotel.. it is a big Scam
I am sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "every alternate maintenance". In general, properties require maintenance and the cost goes up over time. That is just a fact of the world. So, if there is ever a promise of "maintenance included" or "capped" I don't believe it. You will have to pay for it somehow. Good Luck!

Im a victim. They lied to me about the maintenance fees never changing. Im within my 10 day window to cancel. Calling tomorrow to cancel

Vacation clubs (timeshares by other name) words should never be combined with the word "investment" unless a "NEGATIVE value money pitt."
