  • The 2024 Lexus TX 550h+ Luxury is the top of the line TX model, and it is not hard to understand why. Interior build quality, materials and even the feel of the steering wheel feels super premium. Powered by a plug-in hybrid 3.5L naturally aspirated V6, this spacious 3-Row CUV is way faster than a family hauler like this needs to be. But for $80,000, would I buy this CUV? Let me know your thoughts down below.
Big thanks to‪@lexus‬@LexusUSA team for offering the keys to this TX.

I’m in the target demo and drove the CX90 and the Volvo XC90. We ended up getting the Lexus. Yes it’s pricey, but if you want a plug in Hybrid, it’s got the best combination of functionality, performance and comfort available. Plus, they retain value like crazy.
It’s the best plug-in hybrid 3 row option out there.

I got one for my wife (she was previously driving a 2022 Discovery). It really is a great car. When I got mine you could lease it with a $7,500 rebate, and no penalty for buying out lease early. This effectively made it the same price as a similar spec’d TX350 AWD

Yeah, if you get it without the "package" it's under the $80K MSRP limit too. Unfortunately, the battery source isn't US domestic-sourced enough, so the so-called lease loophole (like your wife's) is the only way to get Uncle Sam to chip in.

That is an awesome flagship for Lexus' unit body SUVs. Love that spec too, dark blue with light grey interior, very nice indeed. Nobody's morning the loss of that RX-L that's for sure.

Dude rockin a Casio! If only I could post a picture here to show my Casio collection! This channel and Tedward and my favorites! 🙂
I hate CVTs, that subtle change without me sensing the mechanics behind it makes me feel that I don't have control. Pisses me off!

11:00pm. I paid $70k for my Lincoln Aviator 4 years ago after driving 2 different Lexus for 7 years. Going back to Lexus and this car. $80 k is worth it.

What are the sensors on the steering wheel column? the lights that are flashing every now and then right in the middle of the steering wheel column?

Have you seen previous iterations of the Lexux iconic "spindle grill". If not, this marks Lexus/Toyota moving out of the darkness into the light. Please, do not discourage them it has been a long wait for us Lexus fans.
