    Kung hindi kawali, deep pan para safe
    EDIT: Add ko lang. Wag din masayang yung stock dun sa pinagpakuluan ng liempo. sieve it to separate yung bayleaf, pepper at garlic then lagyan ng sinigang mix ang clear stock and voila. may sabaw ka na.

    Parang may kulang suggestions lang. Pansin ko di masyadong lumobo yung balat. Kasi para lumobo yung balat hindi agad prito bubuhusan ng mainit na mantika yung balat pero hilaw yung baboy para lumobo or mas maganda tignan.

    You know what? Maski minsan mo lang deep fry (really submerge under boiling hot oil) is already enough to cut short your cooking time.

    You actually "drain" the pork belly in a colander or strainer, pat dry with paper napkins or towels, and continue to dry it more in a dirty toaster oven. You could cut down the oil splatter by covering the wok while frying like most restaurants do. Nice try but not the simplest to do. Good luck with your next video.
