Here is a glimpse into a day in the life of an aikido uchi deshi at one of the best aikido schools in the world, the New York Aikikai.
This video was made for Jon Alpert's documentary class at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. It received honors and an award.

Aw, I miss these folks. Thanks for posting. Mike Jones, Tristan and Luke... I had a number of stays during this time. Those stairs, that bathroom, never forget them.
