It seems like VW didnt change the gearbox ratio's for the MY2021 Passat 2.0TDI 150hp with 6 speed gearbox. My MY2016 Passat 2.0 TDI 150hp with 6 speed gearbox runs at the exact amount of rpm at the same speed.
Not sure about the 100-200km/h acceleration in this video. 104-208km/h (100-200 GPS) took about 31.5 seconds. VW either gave these engines more power than they already had, because they used to need atleast 35 seconds for 100-200km/h on GPS.
Also the top speed is quite high, if it was on a flat road. I reached the same top speed, slightly uphill with my remapped 2.0 TDI 150hp @ 200hp 450nm. I need to go back to Germany soon and try to beat the 233km/h (228km/h GPS) soon.
2750 km range with speed of 80kmh , hmm and electric best cars at that speed barrelly got around 600km range and i think on Tesla Plaid and then you need 1+ hour on fast supercharger to recharg it and electricity there are around 30cent per killowat and Tesla got 100kwh and that is around 30 euro and with 30 euro you can buy around 22 liter diesel which will be enough for 350 city kilometers or on open road 800+km with this TDI and of course you refuel it in around 30sec

The numbers of fuel consumption and range are just... beautiful. They would have been even better if you tested the saloon, but sadly, you only tested Passat Variants. I believe that internal combustion engines have room for further improvement, but EU regulations are taking the situation too far, especially with CO2 averages for car brands.
Yeah, a little bit of fidling here and there on the fecelift is ok. I like the fact that they didn't change the actual design. It's the best looking Passat ever. Big, edgie and boxie! I love that. Hope the next generation respects this pattern.

2021 with oldie cockpit inside which looks like something from 10 years ago and VW passat are not cheap car .

There is a huge difference between the B6 and B8(.5). I had the B6 and drive a B8 right now.

Nice daily driver. Dont like the passat logo instead of the watch in the middle of the dash and the climate Control Touch Buttons also look and feel awful. Besides that it has it all, enough power for all situations, fuel efficient, a lot of passanger and luggage space and its safe.

My parents have prelci model wagon as well, same 2.0 tdi 150 ps its very strong engine and greate car I think its stupid to pay more for audi a4
I think VW should not make the entry level Passat without alloy wheels anymore.
There are use cases where alloy wheels are not useful. For example Police cars, a steel wheel is much tougher and can take a beating, alloy wheels often crack.
I disagree. There is a certain beauty in plastic wheel trims :-D
