    I think this is the best looking Passat to date. What I like about estate car design these days is, they don't look like estate cars no more. They look like longer hatchbacks, and that is more elegant for a car this size.

    Why did they start to put very small fuel tanks in other large cars? The Mercedes E class has a smaller one than VW Golf had not so long ago

    • @Mr11ESSE111
      @Mr11ESSE111 3 года назад +1

      because they lie with fuel consumption and you need to pay for bigger tank

    • @vlatkomafija
      @vlatkomafija 3 года назад +2

      because of co2 regulation. smaller fuel tank = lower weight = lower co2 emissions

      @@vlatkomafija it doesnt have to do nothing with that,why passat font have lower fuel tank then !? only stupid Mercedes ,audi and bmw i think and you can pay extra for 60 liter version

    • @vlatkomafija
      @vlatkomafija 3 года назад

      @@Mr11ESSE111 it has everything to do with co2 numbers. all cars nowadays come with smaller fuel tank. mercedes, audi and bmw stock come with smaller fuel tank and you can pay extra for a bit larger but that would fall under different co2 category, more taxes for the owner etc.

      Bei möglichst geringer Konstantgeschwindigkeit sind fabelhafte Werte beileibe keine Kunst - meinen '97er BMW 523i E39, angegeben laut NEFZ mit 9,7 Liter im Schnitt, drücke ich im Sommer auf Langstrecke in den Urlaub regelmäßig unter die 6 - Liter - Marke (zum Beispiel die Urlaubsfahrt ans Mittelmeer im Sommer '17, da waren es 72,83 Liter auf 1055 Kilometer Strecke).
