The charging info is a bit misleading, like many other reviews. You don't wait until it's empty, then go fill it up at the electricity station. Plugging in at home covers the daily driving, DC covers the longer trips.
Yea honestly, I have a Model S now for over 3 months and I love that I don't have to fill up the car every now and then. I come home, plug it in and bam, you wake up to a full range of 400+ KM which is mooore than enough. For longer routes like roadtrips I go to Superchargers which are so extremely convenient and fast to use.
yeah and honestly, if I have to go further than 500 km (300 miles) on a highway with my S85 in winter I am getting a bit annoyed to have 2-3 stops for this distance. because each break takes 20-40 minutes, which ends up to < 100 km per hour (63 miles). But daily driving of up to 250 km (155 miles) on any weather is fine with me. I don't miss the gas stations.
It's great, very entertaining :D It reminded me of when I was a kid my dad would make my friends laugh as he could do really loud, really long farts lol

Thanks to you for helping clean the planet. Do you find charging stations easily in your country? Can non-Tesla drivers find them easily? I'd like to ask EV drivers.
This is the first car review video I've watched and kept watching for so long. It's not boring in the slightest, and this is coming from someone who's not a car person.
I've had mine for a year now..... still love it! and it's the ONLY car that gets BETTER over time... since I bought it, it can do an entire list of new features, 5% power increase, 15miles more per full charge and more smiles than I can count. :)
@@zephyrgaming9642 ok, well, since June of 2018, (bare in mind all of this happened for free while I worked or slept and without going into a service center/ dealer) my car went from a full charge of 310 miles, up to 325 miles because Tesla unlocked more of the battery capacity via an update, It's also recently gained 5% more power and a better torque curve for higher speed maintained power. It can now park and un-park it's self with summon and soon even across parking lots with advanced summon. Auto pilot has improved greatly, navigate on auto pilot was added, auto lane change was added, a built-in dash cam feature was added using the existing cameras, also Sentry mode for security use of the cameras, Dog mode and cabin overheat protection modes. They've listened to customer feedback and changed some of the on-screen controls to be more useful, they've added functions like blind spot monitors and chimes, different levels of autopilot from mild to 'mad max'. Added more functions to the steering wheel controls by putting the cruise speed and distance on the right scroll wheel. Tons of fun silly easter eggs like fart mode, Atari games, romance mode, etc... and even heated rear seats (which were a bonus as the hardware was there, but not listed on the spec sheet at the time) Geo location folding for the power mirrors, preheat battery conditioning for superchargers, added resistive heat for cold climates. They even updated the look of the UI 2 times since then. And that's just what I can remember! In my 4 years of owning a VW eGolf I got 2 updates, that added nothing except minor bug fixes and took 3 hours each while wasting my time sitting at a dealer.. Yes it keeps getting better! and more to come!! See my video comparison here that lists a few of these : ruclips.net/video/BHi1T0TELY4/видео.html
1) the sound system is phenomenal 2) glass roof comes standard on all vehicles 3) it was tested as the safest car in history 4) maintenance on these cars are minimal. My rep said wait two years before the first check. Mobile guy will come out and inspect the vehicle for free. Just rotate the tires every 6-10k til then.
Some corrections (still thumbs up of course): - right-hand drive order page should be up now (beginning of May), so deliveries should be soon - not in one year only as mentioned in the video... :-) - glass roof was changed to be in ALL models, not only in the performance model (turned out to be cheaper not having to change body work depending on the model) - the boot got fixed with an additional/bigger rubber lip that should prevent most water from dripping into the car when opening the lid
Yes we already know the tesla does amazing 0-60. I want to see some track times. Tesla still hasn't done the Nurburgring under full power in a reasonable time. I actually drove my C63S and Model 3P at Thunder Hill and the Model 3 is a huge step forward from the P100D. But there's still plenty of issues on the track involving cooling/heating, charging and it's awful weight and balance.
Faster around a track than BMW M3 and AMG 63: www.teslarati.com/tesla-model-3-performance-vs-bmw-m3-mb-amg-c-63-nissan-gtr-ferrari-488-gtb-track-battle-video/
@Leonidis78 www.google.com/amp/s/electrek.co/2019/02/09/tesla-model-3-cost-surprise-porsche-audi-reverse-engineering/amp/ Yes, Audi cares. They are worried about Tesla's innovation and costs, that's why they are reverse engineering its models.
Even if I can afford it I wouldn't buy one. It's fucking boring man. When I pay for a car I want to drive it myself. I don't want a silent boring EV that can drive by itself.
Geif Muol I see so many Tesla and it’s brand new. I can see electric cars being more and more popular in maybe 1 year. The time for electric car is now. We always said it’s the future but it’s the present and we def should stop with gasoline cars.
The 50K UK and EU price is due to it being the better model (with extended battery included) with the only option being premium to increase the price further. That's why the US is only 35K as it doesn't have the extended battery or the other bells and whistles
I mean yeah that's true but it's kinda different people use their phone to text, call, use social media etc. while driving, this screen is strictly for controlling the car.
That control panel/screen would drive me crazy. Who has time dotting on a screen when adjusting stuff? What blow my mind was, there is no hump in the backseat! Yay, thats actually very neat!
I've driven the Single Motor-version. Buying a second hand one is the biggest bargain of all EVs. It's literally fully equipped with all gadgets and toys you can imagine. The cluster can identify cars, bikes, buses, HGVs, pedestrians, show speed signs, arrows on the lanes, cones and even traffic lights. Seat comfort is really strong, although the headrests could be bigger. I felt like I was a little bit offset. The system in itself is really easy to work with and voice commands are one of the best. It isn't as quiet as a 2008 Lexus GS that I currently drive, but it's fully acceptable. Cons? 1. Blind spot camera could be slightly sharper. I found those in KIA and ORA more crisp. 2. Sometimes the car tells you to stop even if the distance between you and other car is enough. 3. Door handles, don't know how they perform during winter. 4. Interior lighting looks a little bit small and cheap 5. Electronic door opening Would I pick one for €31 000? I would without any hesitation. Much better value than new ORA Funky Cat or MG4.
Range is small. If they increase it without increase the price, the car is good. However, Porsche already make gearboxes for EVs and there are experiments for cheaper battery. Most nearbly to success are Tesla's and Toyota's project and KCuO2 based battery, which is supported to be much cheaper, but they are dangerous and lifespan isn't the best, but there is a chance the problem to be fixed soon.
Nice review. However vegan leather starts falling apart much faster than regular leather. My advice to any new owners is get a steering wheel wrap or invest in an upgrade. Would be nice to see an update to this as well as a model s plaid video.
As standard for the “performance version” of this car. It means you have to pay extra for the glass roof if you picked the NON performance one. How hard is that to understand ?
This was your best review yet! Loved the facts of the car, well put out, and hats off to the videographers! As always, loved the energy and vibe from the film mat! Cheers!
Cause they are boring to drive except for the acceleration which is astounding. Take a corner fast and you will feel the weight and traction control kick in.
I test drove one of these in NYC, and then the performance version on the open road in the Hamptons. I will be getting one of these when my lease is up next year. Or a model Y if the timing works out. This car makes a comparable Audi or BMW feel like a lawn tractor. My only minor gripes are the lack of a driver's gauge cluster or HUD, and the lack of a power lift gate. For the amount of performance and how it's moving the entire industry forward, this thing is an absolute bargain.
Erum Marian John best car ever. Super fun to drive. You’ll keep loving it Year after year. Especially with the new features that come with the over the air updates.
Its not electric cars that is the problem, it is traditional auto doing everything in their power to not sell them, and that is why you don't like them. Tesla isn't special, they are pragmatic, and took on all the risk that big auto refused to. I mean consider the fact that VW figured it was less risky to make diesel-gate than take electric cars seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if Tesla eats up a main stream manufacturer in the next 10 years, and I also won't be surprised if we see a few of the old names die out.

The charging info is a bit misleading, like many other reviews. You don't wait until it's empty, then go fill it up at the electricity station. Plugging in at home covers the daily driving, DC covers the longer trips.
How is that misleading? He just said how long it takes from zero to full you can interpret that however you want.
@@soloq6690 The tone and body language implies "electrics aren't practical for normal use yet".
Nailed it!
yeah and honestly, if I have to go further than 500 km (300 miles) on a highway with my S85 in winter I am getting a bit annoyed to have 2-3 stops for this distance. because each break takes 20-40 minutes, which ends up to < 100 km per hour (63 miles). But daily driving of up to 250 km (155 miles) on any weather is fine with me. I don't miss the gas stations.
Only Elon would think of adding fart noises to the seats LMFAO
It's great, very entertaining :D It reminded me of when I was a kid my dad would make my friends laugh as he could do really loud, really long farts lol
Hopefully when he's ousted from the company all this pointless shit will stop and Tesla can actually start screwing these things together properly.
You realise it probably wasn't him personally, right?

865$ per month???? You mean per year, right? Or how much do you drive every day?
No, per month. I drive a couple thousand kilometers per week.

Very excellent review, I own a Tesla model 3 and I do still watch all reviews and commentaries with this marvelous car. So amazing to own one.
JAEGERTECH ho does it get better exactly? just asking

4) maintenance on these cars are minimal. My rep said wait two years before the first check. Mobile guy will come out and inspect the vehicle for free. Just rotate the tires every 6-10k til then.
tweetweettiger you nailed it! It’s an awesome car.
No Tesla model 3 fire as of today after 400,000 of them have been sold. Even when they got into accidents.
Some corrections (still thumbs up of course):
- right-hand drive order page should be up now (beginning of May), so deliveries should be soon - not in one year only as mentioned in the video... :-)
- glass roof was changed to be in ALL models, not only in the performance model (turned out to be cheaper not having to change body work depending on the model)
- the boot got fixed with an additional/bigger rubber lip that should prevent most water from dripping into the car when opening the lid

Even if I can afford it I wouldn't buy one. It's fucking boring man. When I pay for a car I want to drive it myself. I don't want a silent boring EV that can drive by itself.
@Neel Javia electric cars have no future. The future is making renewable gasoline. Electric cars are not practical.
Geif Muol I see so many Tesla and it’s brand new. I can see electric cars being more and more popular in maybe 1 year. The time for electric car is now. We always said it’s the future but it’s the present and we def should stop with gasoline cars.
Geif Muol Everything of what you just said is wrong.
The 50K UK and EU price is due to it being the better model (with extended battery included) with the only option being premium to increase the price further.
That's why the US is only 35K as it doesn't have the extended battery or the other bells and whistles
On the Tesla UK website there is still a $35,000 model for UK though.
"dont look at your phone screen while driving" Proceeds to build a car with everything in a screen
There is no facebook, instagram or snapchat on the tesla screen which is usually the main part to why people use phones.
Hopefully they have quick menu to turn on the wind wipers and fog lights.
@@alim7532 It has a web browser though...
I mean yeah that's true but it's kinda different people use their phone to text, call, use social media etc. while driving, this screen is strictly for controlling the car.
Well it can drive by it self so you dont really have to concentrate about the road when you use the screen
That control panel/screen would drive me crazy. Who has time dotting on a screen when adjusting stuff? What blow my mind was, there is no hump in the backseat! Yay, thats actually very neat!
Very good review, but one correction. UV protective glass is not keeping back heat as heat is long-wave radiation and in infra-red region
But cutting out UV will stop you getting melanoma
Haha yeh, cooking your passengers in Aust.Leave the dogs in there too.
It blocks out the radiation heat, so it still keeps it cooler.

One of the best car reviews I've seen. Thank you!
Best review I’ve seen on a Tesla 3 yet! Great job going through all the details!
4. Interior lighting looks a little bit small and cheap
5. Electronic door opening
Would I pick one for €31 000? I would without any hesitation. Much better value than new ORA Funky Cat or MG4.
"Car has fart-mode"
"Shut up and take my money!"
...this was great :)
Don't be rude. It's "please be quiet and take my money"

I am not a car guy at all but god do i want this piece of beauty
@Stressball Louis lmao, good one. But you overdid it😅😂
Tesla is a really miserable car if you can call it a car.
Until the battery 🔋 catches fire in your garage and burn down your house 🔥😄😄😄
@@843idfa FAR more ICE cars catch fire than EV's, you just don't hear about those.

I'm not huge on current electric cars, but Tesla is an exception for me. I personally think the Model 3 is very nice 👌
