Hi there - I have the BES 2 softwear and an invoice 1250 D . I followed the intructions to your video but my letters are not in the right placement Im not sure how to repositon the hoop - HELP I really want to be able to fully use this software and even my retailer is not of help... I hope to hear from you soon...
Hi April, the hoop has 4 little round tabs along the side that locks into your machine. You start out using for example the back tabs, then remove hoop and move to the front tabs or vice versa.
In the case of odd numbers of letters, you would have to choose where to split between the letters and still do the same type measurements from your center point. So one side will be wider than the other. I would recommend choosing the point closest to center. For example, one side might have "l" or "i" which would be narrower than an "M" or "W". As long as either side doesn't exceed the 7" maximum sewing field, you will be fine.
my word is more than 6 letters and when I try and line them up in the 5x12 hoop then split it to fit in the 5x7 its no lining up
Are you drawing lines on your fabric to line up? Are your letters all even heights? Upper or lower case? What font and word?
what is the name of software? thanks. my name is Brenda and I am deaf.

What if you had an odd number of letters?
