As you've seen from this video, not all cases are "business" cases. There's also Public Sector, and even other types that don't fall on any bucket. So, how do you solve these? We cover that and much more in our free course -- which you can get access to right now at www.craftingcases.com/freecourse
Hi, great video, thanks. Just curious, why not go down the 3-C type route - with E.g. Team, Competitors, Media etc? What MECE structure would you consider the second layer (I guess the first is kind of process)? Thanks!
Vi uns 3 vídeos e agora que descobri que é Brasileiro, parabéns pelo canal amigo e muito sucesso! Estou aprendendo muito!

Hmm, where do you think 'Fans' would fit in?
I assumed there’s little control and not a lot of results out of that lever. Which is why I didn’t add it.
You could add anywhere you like, though.
is in this video is an example of Process Structuring in Issue Tree?
Great video !! This was fun, I hope you come up with more of these!
Hey Miriam,
So glad you liked it! We'll do more fun style videos in the future!

Is it possible to use the issue tree technique? (Since this is a "how" case)
Possible, sure, but all ways I can think of would render a very dull structure.
Amazing thanks
