I've loved hearing what some of the artists are doing with these classic tracks, and can't wait to hear the rest(still on the edge of my seat for The Hu's cover of Through The Never)

I remember waking up and going 'what the fuck is that'. I now have every bit of Vinyl they've put out and have seen them live numerous times. Mad sometimes how a band finds you.
Best thing about this is although it is a "cover" they definitely put their own style on it. In classic Volbeat fashion, just completely reinvented a masterpiece.
Since this was released, my neighbours been enjoying this mutiple times a day, every day. Whether they wanna enjoy it or not :) Glad to hear it did to your loins what it did to mine!

I've never actually cared for Don't Tread On Me. I always thought it was too ploddy. However, Volbeat smashed this!! Definitely prefer it to the original 👌
They took the original and made it 100x better. I dont think anyone could turn any song in any genre and make it as good and as nice this guys did. They aced it on vocals and everything. Name me a better cover than the original other than this

Its a brilliant cover in every aspect from vocals to instrumentals to song arrangement and that heavy distorted Volbeat groove . I Fkn love this cover man.. Best Tallica cover I heard so far and I've listened to every fking Metallica cover online too..
If you like this you should hear Royal Blood's cover of Sad but True. They do an amazing job of bringing that fat riff into their own uniquely groovy style. Also, it's good that I wasn't the only one to have a visible "this is weird" reaction to the start with the off-time intro riff before the second guitar comes in and makes everything make sense.
If you're into more mainstream metal you are struck by this song. I don't like Metallica's version of this song 1/100 vs Volbeat version. Listened to it 3 times after hearing it the first time. Volbeat is a truly brilliant band.
