I love the pans he uses. I bought one a while ago and it is seriously the best thing I've bought for my kitchen. Not a damn thing sticks and it's SO easy to clean.

I am so glad to have found this on here finally. I always enjoyed your work Jamie and always seem to learn something new as well as get inspired to try new things in my kitchen as often I can get in a rut and just do what it easy and in the end get bored.
I am a fan of all things chili, I grow a few varieties every year and have over the years begun growing the super hot chilies, Bhut Jolokia, various Trinidad varieties (scorpions and 7 Pots) and others. I enjoy the tastes of these but mostly enjoy the burn.
I was curious if you or your team might do some work with these super hot chili varieties? Sauces or even how to safely (lol) incorporate them into dishes.
Thank you and again I appreciate all that you have done on here as well as on The Food Network.

What about some sort of soup? Maybe a simple chicken noodle soup, or a creamy asparagus soup with potatoes. If you don't want soup you could try some sort of pasta with meatballs and tomato sauce perhaps.

first plate make soup! easy to eat lot's of nutrients good to "easy the apetite"
second plate just make anything like pasta, rice, with meat/fish and salad, anything really...be aware after eating soup you don't need to serve as much food as if you didn't eat soup!

I've got a bad gallbladder & allergic to bell peppers, my hunny is a diabetic with gout an a heart condition, my 2 step sons are allergic to mushrooms & coconut, & one of the adult's teeth aren't the greatest. My kitchen is tiny, my almost 3yr. old is usually under foot, the meal is b4 my gall surgery & needs to be as inexpensive & easy as possible.
