Black Minttu hey i was wondering about the rgb on it is it the same as the apex pro? i wanted the apex pro but because of the price and the fact that i never not press down all the way on the switch i might not get it but the rgb seems to be worth it

I have the apex 7 honestly it’s really good the display (box thing( is really cool the keyboard itself is really nice the material it’s made of it’s really smooth and whenever you press it it feels really nice.

I just got the Apex Pro yesterday and I love it. The omni point mechanical switches are even smoother then the apex 7 that my friend has and the apex pro has actuation control so I can push it down very lightly and it will activate way faster then other keyboards. Nice video man!
Doesn't the Apex 7 also have the omni point mechanical switches? But I think they are only accesible by the software I'm thinking about getting this or wait for the Apex Pro Nordic Layout.

i got the apex 7 tkl with red switches and i love it. the customisation is amazing, the wrist rest is really soft, the switches are insanely smooth, i highly recommend this keyboard
@Bellji yes they are really easy to press, very smooth too. i've been using this for 2 months daily and my only complaints are that the wrist rest gets dusty but that's pretty much it

That was quite a review and I agree, they should have included PBT double-shot keycaps, but if they did, they could then justify tacked on a few more dollars to the MSRP. All in all, it's a nice keyboard, for it's price/features, minus the keycaps. Thanks.

I know it's been a while since this video was uploaded but regardless, fantastic video from a person clearly passionate about the product! Really, really good walkthrough and explanation of the features of the keyboard and what it's all about - usually it doesn't go that in depth for unboxing videos but it's nice to see the extra detail! Currently debating between the Apex 7 or the Huntsmen Elite for a setup upgrade for myself in hopefully the near future and I think you've sold the Apex 7 to me with this video lol, and it's currently retailing for £149.99 GBP so might have to snag it me thinks... great video!

Cameron Mcintosh the switches have a lot of problems . Lots of pinging and trying to lubricate it would ruin the keyboard, so it’s either get s new apex Pro TKL or downgrade 😩

using it rn after getting it for Christmas and you can bearly feel the scratchiness on the switches and the keycaps dont feel bad ive watched this review many times and it helped me make the decision really good keyboard overall because of the costumization really 9/10 because of the switch scratchiness

I am using the steelseries mechinal keyboard right now, and I have no regrets on buying this and it's a good keyboard for gaming and typing a essay depending on which stuff you use it for. But overall it's a good keyboard for anyone age.

Do all of the HyperX keycaps fit the Steelseries Apex 7 perfectly cuz I heard the spacebar sometimes doesn't fit correctly
correct I have also had space bar issues on multiple keyboards. but that goes with many styles of caps. and yes on the apex the space bar it to deep

You don't need oled setting lol. And razer huntsman tournament edition has all those things.
