Girllll, you did that!!! That looks good! I just made my first last night and it is delicious!! The only thing, i only used one tbs of butter. I wish I'd of watched your video before preparing, i most definitely would have used more butter, for the buttery taste. Next time, im most definitely using more butter.

If you want peanut brittle that is fluffier and more like molasses puffs, add 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of baking soda and do NOT spread the mixture out on the pan. Spreading it out knocks all the air bubbles out. Your brittle looks delicious! Yum!

Okay thank you for that! Definitely gonna try that!!! Now what do I do once it’s done in a bowl? How do I remove it without spreading it?

@@welcometonealville … You add the 2 teaspoons of baking soda and stir it up the same as you did in your video. The difference is once you turn the mixture out onto the buttered cookie sheet, don’t mess with it at all. Your brittle will be thicker but fluffier. Let me know if you like it.

I knew that plastic bowl would be trouble. No one uses plastic to make brittle in the microwave.

It might not b a good idea to use a plastic bowl. Glass would b better.
