A lot of you guys wondering again how I fit 1 1/8 steering tube to the frame. The frame has a 34mm headtube, and your eye has been tricked by the 1 1/8 thread type fork of this bike. Not all thread type fork has a standard size so NO HEADTUBE CONVERSION happened here. You may see the image link below with regards to the size of the old thread type fork I replaced. imgur.com/a/3zKl9r4

Loved the rebuild. Always impressed with the mods you do with limited resources. Great creativity and execution. Not sure what made this a gravel bike other than the handlebars. But it looks amazing! Really enjoying your channel and learning a lot. Thank you!
Just a few random bike building tips When it comes to threading anything, it can not hurt to finger tighten it first before you use anything that gives leverage or any electric tool When finger tightening, especially on very fine threads, or soft metals. Don't directly screw it in, do the opposite until you feel it fall into place, and then start finger tightening it. It'll help make sure you do not cross thread Also, I have never used ltwoo. How are they? Do they compare to anything sensah or shimano? Also pt2, very minor. When you put the QR skewers on, especially with disc wheelsets. I like to have the lever part of the skewer on the same side as the disc rotor so then it matches the side it is on, front and rear. But overall, very good job, keep it up! :)
@@noburt9 Well mostly i think depends on the usage, since I seen people broke their LTWOO derailleurs either shifters because the quality is just some kind of durable plastic and steel or alloy, but stick to Shimano if you are overwhelming over drivetrain components, But any of that, for me is good, just few quick adjustments and you are done,

Since the owner doesn't want to give the name(been seeing a lot of comments like this here and in the other videos) I'll be the one to give it instead surly corner handlebars. Found it in the other comments. I've been wanting to know it too.
Sir ask lang po paran hindi po non tapered yung sealed bearings na headset na ginamit nyo. May I know po what kind of sealed bearing headset ang ginamit nyo at anong size?

How can i reach you out sir? I have a friend who have and old full suspension bike the fork was still rigid because as what i had said it is an old bike and it is very valuable to him with the memories he had riding it. He even climbed baguio with and heavy gearing and very rusty components and im really hoping that you could help him to restore his bike and put a fuel on his burning passion on cycling.

Lucky person who gets that bike nice work
I have the all terra 3.0. How I wish you can work on my bike. All your restorations are a masterpiece!
I really like this one. Hadn’t seen bondonused to make welds look cleaner how? So smart only seen it used to foot little chips and stuff. Clean
I haven't perfected the welding and I tried using epoxies to make it look smooth

Really loving the colour combinations. Bike came out looking absolutely amazing.
Great restoration.. one thing i would have done differently, i would also mount the gear shift cable next to the rear brake cable along the top tube
Tamang nood lang habang patulog na. Like SHEEESSHHH Solid🔥
Salam dari indo bang. Saya sdh nunggu2 konten sepeda jadul nya akhir nya ada jg
23:38 you glued the cable guide. How are they holding up, okay? Do not fall off, do not peel off over time?
It's adhesive bro, risk cable guides has it
@@CoggieBike thank you for response! bro i know they have glue. I'm not sure if it holds the guide firmly enough that it won't come off.

Thanks for the tip men.
Actually LTWOO user here, they are good crisp shifting, since Sram's factory in China shut down, the CEO of the factory invent his own bike parts,
@@nzo_6543 great to hear, is it durable too? I tend to neglect my bike parts. Also, doesn't sensah have a similar story. Made of ex sram engineers?

Where can I buy ragusa gravel handles overseas?

Hi Coggie,
is there a list of which products you use, for example primer, paint and paint remover?
Is there a specific brand that you can recommend?
Any paint stripper
