When I would call thier tech support and they would ask who I worked for they would get so mad. My company did not want to pay them to train us (national kitchen equipment chain.but was one of many divisions). Most of the time they would just tell some of our guys.( The Ones that can't trouble shoot a wet paper bag) to call another company out. One that was qualified to work on their equipment....cracked me up...I had a hospital that had abank of four of the big ones. Pain my ass.they abused them so bad and to boot the tech who was suppose to be taking care of them on his PM's CLEARLY WAS NOT...GOOD TIMES. Loved the video
Good job! Just wonder why hot side comes up just ones a month . In my opinion there is more interesting problems and topics for good content rather cold side..👍👏
I love working on Rational White Efficiency, 5 senses, SCC, CM models but don't know if you have come across the new ICombi models yet what a pile of junk almost professional suicide in my opinion, if a stream element blows you have to change the complete tank, if a solenoid goes you have to change all 3 all joined via what looks like cheap plastic pipe, it's just so bad, I don't know how something goes from so good to so bad.
It’s almost always the pump, so once I saw it was shorted and all the other solenoids didn’t blow the fuse, there was no need to. If I didn’t have many fuses then I would of most likely checked all of the solenoids for a short
Great video as always! Proper troubleshooting procedures to get to the fault. 👊
👍
Those are good ovens, fixed heaps of those SCC 101s that model differs slightly in australia
Not a fan of the steam tanks

I’ve worked on one Icombi and I feel like that learning curve is gonna be a long one. Steam element has to be replaced with the tank?? Yikes
why you don't check the coils of the solenoids , saves time .... or for teaching purpose you go step by step ..?
