Thanks for video, very informative, how long do combi ovens last?Like 20 years?Do they break alot?I do maintenance and I've noticed brand new refrigerators and air conditioning units are breaking within less then a year, and compressors less then a year, guess they arent making things like they used too.Awesome video.
Great Video! I'm relatively new to fixing equipment and do struggle reading certain schematics. Any books or advice on getting on top of these? I've looked at purchasing schematic training books but am looking for one more specific to food service equipment. Keep up the great work. There are people like me out there that appreciate your videos!
For me the more practice I did, the better I got. Once you understand the concept that electricity is just flowing through the wires, then you start to draw your lines, it all starts making sense. I will most likely be doing a basic 120V schematic breakdown and troubleshooting and might even do a live after I post the video. Hopefully I can find the time, work has been insanely busy.
@@REFRIGERATIONKITCHENEQTECH Thanks for the reply. I'll def be watching that video. I get it, we sell used restaurant equipment. With the shortage of equipment, I bet you're staying crazy busy. Good for you! We are struggling to get inventory/ parts while trying to remain profitable, the service side is where it's at during these times
Thank you this was extremely helpful. Schematic is my biggest issue but how you use ohms law to actually figure the problem out. It was like seeing the matrix lol for me to exceed to the next level in my troubleshooting skills. Greatly appreciated
Fantastic Engineering skills.
👍
Great job! Nice video! Great content! Keep going! Thank you very much.
Thanks!

Chicken grease and steam leaks destroy these ovens unfortunately. They used to last 15ish years, now it’s 10-15max.
