I just came across Episode # 3 and i had to watch # 1, I miss the Key's very much, even more in Dec/Jan. i lived in Marathon around 1985, my last Job was at PDR Security, Phil & Debbie Redo were the Company's owner;s and Y& G Yachts, Billy Young was the owner their at that time. I worked all the time and Loved it, Guarding Boats on the Midnight shift for PDR and working for Billy Young, i would pick him up at 7:05am everyday, i was his Driver and we were always busy, picking up boats at the Naval Base in Key West or were ever we would have to go to get them, for dry Docking/ Court and Auction's . I hope i can make it down in Sep or Oct, i say that every year, Thanks Great Video's

Remember that the WARM summer weather continues into the first or second week of Sept so if you want to relive what it was like to be Local, come then!! And at this time down here I am told that the Sunset Grill on the s. end of Marathon Oceanside has the "best" happy hour. .. See ya OK?

Hi Chris! We will be coming down to Marathon for a week in November 2016. We are from Barrie Ontario Canada and are so looking forward to our visit. It will be a nice break from the cold fall weather we have up here this time of year! :-)

Hi Alan. I lived in Key Largo for a really long time and Moved to Marathon last year. Each of the islands have their own unique personality. Marathon is WELL situated to showcase what is wonderful about the islands of the Florida Keys. There is another episode of Explore the Keys --go find it. Soon there will be another after that.
