Finally, seeing modern European designs in small spaces. Though is funny to see the captions like Car Porch, Kitchen, etc, while the viewers can see it is indeed a kitchen :)

Amazing how u used space! Kept it open n accommodated so much in 05 marla house! Double height living area n good sized kitchen band baths with decent sized bedrooms! Was surprised to see so much in 05 marla house!

When any one see this design in 5 marla house, there would be 1 word WOWWWW.
Marla size in terms of sq.ft (272 per marla) in Faisalabad is bigger than Lahore (225 per Marla).
Anyways, i must say that your work is unique. Really like it.

What are the dimensions of the plot? Here in Lahore 1 Marla=225 sq ft. This seems like a larger home.
1 Marla is 272 Sqft in Punjab, apart from Lahore.

In Lyallpur Avenue, there are basically 8 units of 5 Marla Houses. We are just waiting for the second unit to get complete and will shoot the detailed review there. The first one, which got featured in last video, is sold already.

amazon design, but if we add the 5 foot passage at the rear of the house (normal rule in societies) then there isn't enough room to apply this design.

What is the actual size of this house!! It is for sure more than 5 marla.. pls confirm
It is 27x50. If you are from Lahore than yes it is bigger than 5 Marla because in Lahore Marlas are shorter than the Marlas in other areas of Punjab. Normally, a Marla is equal to 272 Sq Ft while in Lahore it is 225 Sq Ft. (Developers deduct some square footage from plots because they put roads into your account as well)

However, it is disappointing to witness damaged paint dur to dampness/ seepage in a newly built house.
Its not new. And the areas who got damaged are due to planters; placed there.
