I just flew with MYAirline. One statement to conclude and that statement would be, low cost but premium service. They are really impressive, the service from ground to sky. I hope they can maintain the quality, of course with more fleet, more frequencies and more routes in the near future. Great vlog.

Sorry for being late - took MyAirline from KL to Langkawi. The seating with the high density foam was very comfortable and actually spacious. I found it much better than airasia , as this with airline uses more dense foam as it takes away seating area. So top marks for the Airline for spacious seating for a budget airline. All male crew did a fine job . Also top marks for the airline for revamping the interior and putting in new seats and paneling. From a pilot standpoint, the crew did a great job with the take off, and it looked like a visual approach into Langkawi. Great “greaser” landing with about 10% power on. Very smooth. Reverse rust and of course spoilers were fully deployed. For an older airbus A320-200 the landing gear looks great and clean and Skin looked fine , with very few rivets I could see out of place. Food was good and very economical to purchase. VERY WELL DONE CREW! Get to YVR one day ! Lots of passenger load their waiting!

Man. Frankly I’d accept sitting down on the floor on my regular KUL-BKI route if it meant little to no delays and cancellations often encountered by low-cost carriers, especially the red Malaysian competitor we shall not mention. This, however, seems to have elevated cabin experience comparable to something like South Korea’s Air Premia. I wish them to maintain this level of service for years to come.

MyAirline is a low cost Airline that operates with about 5 A320-200's . Not the most exciting aircraft out there ,BUT a real work horse with a great safety record .A few Q400 leased from Chorus aviation would help them a bit I bet (?) - Very efficient short haul stuff . Leasing these birds ( A320's) is less expensive than others , hence more ROI for the airline . These aircraft are all IFR equipped I would assume and are up to snuff with regard to maintenance - although I have not examined log books . I will do a visual upon boarding . I know this is hit and miss as I'm not doing a formal walk around or checking the flight director system for snags , however as a passenger , the best I can do . I do know what to look for however being a retired Heavy Capt. The Airline looks like an exciting new entry into the discount market in Malaysia/ SE Asia , with robust expansion plans in 2023 - 2024 . Wonder what it would take to get them to start flying into MNL, Guam, or even Hawaii ? YVR and SEA sure could use them on long hauls .....but the A320 has its limitations for long hauls... we are probably talking a few years before these sorts of expansions take place . Talking with people who have taken a flight with them .....this is going to be one interesting flight ! Very positive feedback from their clients . How refreshing ! Level wings crew ! Will keep you posted !

So even before I board or get to airport I've issues with MY. The online chat is beyond useless other than autobot which is info already on website. The nationality of the ticket holder is incorrect when trying to check in online and unable to edit. Trying to purchase additional check in baggage is again not possible via the best site some error code comes up to say fill in all required data despite checking it multiple times still same error. I guess you only get what you pay for
I'm hoping for a better experience once I get airborne. Watch this space

hello, i have some questions. If my flight of myairlines is scheduled on 6:00 pm, when is the most considerable time, i should check in my baggage? and so what is the maximum time before the counter is closed (as i will unable to check in baggage). Thankyou so much!
Honestly, my rule for flights is always minimum 2 hours before departure whether it's domestic or international.

@@HannanIrfannyup, most airlines open their counter for checking in your luggage around 2-3 hours before departure. Would highly recommend you to check in before an hour at the very least since you'd still have to deal with immigration and all that

It's more of a competitor for airasia. But it is more like helping each other out since they are red all over. MAS is no competitor to anyone because it is gomen's airline. Whether MAS does well or bad, it has its' back covered by gomen. Myairlines is chic whereas Airasia is sexy. Since it is budget, the targeted clients are those thinking of budget If you want premium and expensive, you should go to MAS. But MAS these days have all these plastic cutlery and paper cups. So that's premium and expensive for you.

I did notice some similarities there too Agus haha but am guessing since both airlines operate the same aircraft and in the same country, there will be some overlaps.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE! The airline changed the time of the flight to 6 hours later. The notification was sent via email but I didn't see as it went into the junk mail. But checking the time on the email, it was only sent 4 hours before the flight time, when I would have already set off for the airport.
When I got to the counter, MYairlines stance was they only have two flights a day. I have no idea how this justified changing the flight time which such little notice. Appalling service!!!

@@FlyingAsia Just flew into KL yesterday on Myairline. Flight was fine. But getting around KLIA and getting a Grab is a nightmare there. And ended up paying twice as much as I should have to take a death ride in a taxi to KL. Same as usual.

Looks & sounds good but my point is why did you copy almost everything from another. Why are you riding on some else's success. You make yourself look cheap scale. You must come out with something unique & something of your own sothat you are seen differently or even stand tall among others. Like this you are seen as real cheap scale. Look at Malindo. They are different from others all the way with their own model of business. Even though your management is ex Air Asia staff, you must create a different or even something better not just copy. I'm a member of the the public but I see Myairline as a real copy cat.
Why? Why waste money on doing something differently just for the sake of being different. Look at Malindo, where are they now?

AirAsia has been voted the world’s best LCC for many consecutive years and it shouldn’t come as a surprise that new airlines are trying to replicate this success by learning from the world’s best.
