Love your recipe ideas! You make me realize it's so easy to eat healthy... Made the buffalo chickpea salad already and the broccoli, carrots and peppers are currently in the oven. :) I also had time to make my own hummus, didn't even really feel the need to clean the food processor after making the buffalo salad, just gave it a good wipe with the spatula. Double usage, haha.

Recipes with rice would be helpful for me I love the white long grain basmati rice. It's very filling and delicious yesterday I had no groceries at home so made it with a separate curry sauce veggies & fruit surprisingly delicious and filling.
I am totally going to have to try the chicken it looks so good. I am also so glad that you do not say what the portions should be, it just does not work for everyone. Love your channel.
i feel like these would have to be done twice a week instead of once just because some of these foods don't keep that well and its not so good to freeze some of this stuff. I'm excited to try these though

linz taylor I find that if you marinade the chicken before cooking (at least 12 hours) it tastes less gross when reheating. Also, the slow cooker is a life saver if you want flavorful chicken. I've had years of really gross leftover chicken but learned in the past year that the slow cooker and marinating it for a long time helps a lot.

i have the same issue, chicken reheated always tastes unflavorful and OLD. Going to try marinating longer.
