Where to start?! Bluebells are such a magical time of year and you've captured the very essence of that perfectly. A stunning forest, sound shooting advice and a musical accompaniment that nails the overall presentation. Well done Danny, absolutely beautiful 👌👏
Thanks so much Rhonda, it’s an amazing time of year when so much comes alive and I absolutely adore being out in it. This forest was especially nice there too, a really special time to be out. Thanks so much for watching and your support !
The photos are stunning, Daniel. I really appreciate the tips on lenses, aperture, and forest lighting. Thank you for taking time to share with all of us.
Great video Daniel! That's about the best carpet of blue bells that I've seen in videos this season. That light as it started to come into the forest was absolutely gorgeous. Several stunning shots, but the one at 12:04 was magnificent with that gentle morning light on the blue bells, giving them a more purple hue. And the image at 12:44 was beautiful as well, loved the arrangement of the trees and again the nice morning side light. Looks like it was a fantastic morning out! Really enjoyed it. Hope you are doing well!
Really appreciate Your comments on this one paul, thanks so much ! Doing well thanks, hope you are too ? It was a really special forest and so pleased I was able to share it on here ! Thanks for watching !!
Well done again Daniel. No harm to be on the move and broadening your horizons. Lovely forest and some great photos with tremendous light coming through giving super colours. Thanks for the tips also. Very informative. Keep them coming. 😉. Take care, Fergus.
Great shots, can’t beat a good bluebells wood. Always amazes me how long you have to wait for the light to hit in woodland compared to being on the coast. Well done for being patient! 😁
Thanks so much Chris ! One of my favourite things to shoot ! Every year I can’t wait to get out and find them ! Yes there’s a large bank of trees that the sun has to clear before it gets to the forest on this one ! Well worth waiting for though !
Thanks so much Jed, I have a whole bunch uploaded now to release every two weeks to reduce the pressure of making them ! It’s a gorgeous forest there for sure ! Hope to visit it again next year, thanks so much for watching and commenting !
Lovely work as usual Dan, as usual. I know that spot well, although didn’t make it this year and stayed in Dorset. Some stunning captures mate. Thanks for showing.
What a morning, my favs were 12:45 and the pano at the end. Looks like the same place as an old calendar in an office I used to go to, I always stopped to look at that picture, outstanding 👏👏👏
I only live a few miles from those woods but you had better luck with the light than I did Daniel! Work restricts when I can get away and think the peak in Hampshire seemed to be later than in Dorset. I had to 'make do' with the sea thrift in Cornwall in May😆😆 I don't know about you but most of the woods I visited were messier than normal from Eunice/Franklin debris.
It’s a fantastic forest steve but you’re right there was more debris than normal, I put that down to the storms earlier in the year and a lot of these locations don’t get cleaned up for quite a while as it’s not priority for the forestry commission sadly. Thanks so much for watching :)
