  • Sometimes the severity of this anxiety can affect your life negatively, and anxiety, like depression, is a very ruthless screenwriter who deceives us with the lead role. He writes extremely bleak stories and makes you believe that this scenario is the harsh realities of life.
    The important thing is to be able to distinguish which of these thoughts in our minds are scenarios and which are real. When we can achieve that and organize our ways of thinking to be healthier, anxiety will only begin to visit us when it is really necessary.
    What are those lies that anxiety keeps telling us? let's take a look.

    I am a psychologist and a self-improvement trainer who lives in Turkiye
    I got my undergraduate degree at Ankara University "Psychology" dept. and my master's degree at Marmara University "Human Resources Management" department.     oh my gosh these lies are all true. I mean, I experience all these lies everyday. it means, I have anxiety.😢 sometimes, I'm afraid to go out of my house coz I don't feel safe. I'm worried that anaytime of the day, panic will attack me. I always ask myself if i'm going crazy, i always thi k that everyday is a struggle to survive. thank you so much for this.

    My anxiety always trigger my high blood pressure that im gonna heart attack. Please any advice.
