where can we find the current software versions?

My wife bought me a Go EFI 4 3002 600 hp system for my birthday in May 2024. It sat in the box unopened since. I finally got to install the setup and did so as instructed. Everything powers up as it should but it will not do a prime shot to allow it to run. My research shows bad ecu's have been the.main issue with these setups? Could it possibly be as simple as an update to the ecu is needed or could the ecu have been bad from the factory? My hand held doesnt have the 3 dimples?

I highly doubt there is an issue with the system if its new out of the box. Contact our tech department for assistance at 951-340-2624 or techmail@fitechefi.com. They will troubleshoot with you to find the issue. It could be as silly as feed and return lines hooked up backwards.

The handheld you have does not allow the function of accessing the ECU programmer. There is a later version of the handheld that has the ECU programmer feature identifiable by a couple of dimples on the right edge of the handheld.

How do I know if I need an update

You dont need an update if you are happy with how your system is running. However updates do add features and fix bugs that you may want of need. The latest software is T210 on TB kits. You can see your version under the WRITE CAL TO ECU section of the handheld.
