For three month's I've been pulling my hair out. Nothing in the document said anything about IAC screw it just said you have to adjust it but never pointed the screw out in any photo or video until I watched your video. Thank you for your help. Fitech support are the dumbest techs ever I called them saying I have a composite intake will the temp sensor read ok? He tells me I have to ground my heads cause there aluminum... Dude I have twelve bolts grounding each head and where does that matter when my intake is composite???

The screw in the back side is that a quarter turn from all the way out or from where it is preset? If from preset then what is the base setting from factory?

    Hello
I bought the fitech efi 400hp 3 years ago and everything was fine until 6 months ago when I turned the front and rear screws of the throttle. From then on, when the engine is cold, it turns on very badly.
    please help me
    Thank

I’m confused on which screw I should be turning. Is it the front, back or both at the same time? I have the 600 and I’ve set my IAC multiple times around 7-10, shutdown the motor to let everything reset. I’ll drive it for 30-40 minutes and park it. When I crank it back up the next day and it gets to a warm idle the IAC is all over the place. I don’t have a vacuum leak and my O2 sensor is mounted properly and about 4” past where all four tubes of my headers come together. Also, when my IAC is set correctly my motor shuts down immediately, but when it’s all over the place it spits and sputters when I turn off the key. Can anyone help me with trouble shooting this? Thanks in advance!

You will need to go into initial setup and then idle and then disable TPS or idle set mode and then go look at large gauge and adjust IAC when the motor is hot or up to temp you might need to reset IAC learn now

My idle set mode was on off when I went into this feature, so I turned it on and started my truck and got it to 205 degrees and adjusted my IAC to 7. I turned off the key for a couple of minutes and started it and drove 60 miles. Once I stopped and it sat for about 30 minutes I cranked it back up and once it got back to 205 degrees the IAC was at 25 and it never came back down. I turned the truck back off and adjusted it three more times and it never stayed the same.
Also, I forgot to mention that when I turn off the truck and start it back up the idle set mode is always off. It’s never on when I turn the key to the start position, so is it suppose to be like that? I’m only adjusting the front screw and not the back.
