It's not a "myth" lol I own both and side by side it's quite the difference in daylight. At night it's much harder to tell a difference. I personally don't notice/mind the reflections since I normally have my brightness up high enough, so for me the anti-glare screen was un-needed and just added a "hazed" look over the screen that I am not a fan of. To each their own!
There are a lot of colorblind content creators on RUclips. Lol that’s clearly orange not red. Orange is basically valves brand from the half-life days. Also that’s a 45 W charger not 65. Thanks for the comparison between the devices can’t wait to get mine
I don’t get the paranoia about reflections. All my devices have glossy screens and I use them in sunlight just fine. Especially with amoled/Oled devices which are already bright and clear enough. Also most people will use the steam deck indoors but acting like they are Tom cruise on mission impossible and are always on the move come on man😂
Bro can you pls answer this -does steam deck speakers give spatial type sound ? Like left to right ? I want to know because i play COD i want to hear those footsteps etc pls reply i cant use earphones due to some ear issue thats why i am asking
Yes! The speakers are great. I never use a headset because of that. But remember that Call of duty will not work natively on the steam deck. They only launch with windows sadly.
Here in Aus the price for the oled 1TB costs the same as the legion go .. have to purchase the oled deck from third party as there’s no retailers that sell it here .. feels sadge
OLED is very pretty sold my 512. LCD to a friend and got the 1TB OLED already had a 1TB sd card so yay now 2TB as far as i know as well the 512 GB OLED is the low tower “in OLED models” cuz it’s only 512 or 1TB which is strange but makes sense

The etched screen is still a big win. Oled blacks means that reflections in dark parts of the screen show up even more, because there is no back light.
Bluetooth mice/keyboards aren't very good for competitive games. Also I already have a grip case with a build in kickstand, but still would be nice to not have to use a third party item just to prop the device up on your lap, tray, or table.
I mean, it is nearly as good. OLED as a screen type is superior but Legion has 120hz and 1080p.. 90 hz 800p is pretty close, then you get OLED and HDR on top of that. Its all preference..
Legion Go screen just isn’t practical for most cases. How many games are you getting 1080 120 and then on top of that the battery drain that comes with it

I think 45 fps is going to be the sweetspot in many games, with 90hz refresh on the panel

Deckmate for the kickstand. Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse will solve your other item.

The Go is too big, at a point you might as well just get a laptop.
