I like William and Catherine's down-to-earth approach within their home. However, I do wish they would have the staff address them as Your Highness and Sir or Ma'am. A lot of young parents don't like anyone yelling at their children. I say it depends on the situation. If a child is under my care, I will yell at them if talking, pleading or begging doesn't work. Also, if their life was in danger. Children aren't that delicate. They can survive being yelled at as long as there is no daily physical or emotional abuse. A royal fan once asked Catherine how she stayed fit. Her answer was: "I stay in shape by chasing after my kids." If this quote was correct, there are times when the royals use the word "kid" instead of children.

I really like these rules and make for a more friendly and positive working atmosphere. Wearing smart but casual clothing is great because if you're comfortable in your clothes and not worrying about being tied up in them, you're more likely to do a much better job. I suppose working in close proximity with your employer and mostly in their home it makes more sense to be a bit more casual. As long the staff know when to stiffen up and be more professional when required. I love their forward thinking and the logic behind it. A nice, friendly working atmosphere also helps their children to have more normal life.Sooo all that said when do I start😅😂.

The relevant text would be George V's decree of 1917 (amended by Elizabeth II's decree of 1996 re: divorced wives of Princes).

Certainly, I like several of them but now I'm questioning their entitlement to so much material wealth when SO, SO many people in the world have so very little. The inequities between ALL THE 1%'s and the 99% the rest of us is so glaringly apparent that it causes me to reflect on why "1% deserves all the comforts and power." What's wrong with the rest of the population??????? And now that certain 'members of the upper crust' have been behaving just as poorly as those with absolutely no social filters whatsoever, it's easy to think that one could just pick one person out of a crowd and give THEM any title they want and buckets of money to acquire whatever they want. I really like these rules and make for a more friendly and positive working atmosphere. Wearing smart but casual clothing is great because if you're comfortable in your
clothes and not worrying about being tied up in them, you're more likely to do a much better job.
I suppose working in close proximity with your employer and mostly in their home it makes more sense to be a bit more casual. As long the staff know when to stiffen up and be more professional when required. I love their forward thinking and the logic behind it. A nice, friendly working atmosphere also helps their children to have more normal life.Sooo all that said when do I start😅😂.

There are rules as to who is HRH and who is not (as well as a few exceptions). The relevant text would be George V's decree of 1917 (amended by Elizabeth II's decree of 1996 re: divorced wives of Princes).

She abandoned her children, but then called in the paparazzi to pretend she was a "devoted mother" AFTER the Queen had SEVERELY limited Diana's access to William. Charles was, in effect, the parent who raised William . (Diana was really too mentally ill to care for children.)

The recent over exposure of details regarding the British Royal Family, in general, has undermined any mystery or 'social loftiness' with which I, personally, used to view the 'royals.' Since then, 'my perspective of them' has been completely erased and replaced by viewing 'this group" as a "club of wealthy and privileged ordinary people." Certainly, I like several of them but now I'm questioning their entitlement to so much material wealth when SO, SO many people in the world have so very little. The inequities between ALL THE 1%'s and the 99% the rest of us is so glaringly apparent that it causes me to reflect on why "1% deserves all the comforts and power." What's wrong with the rest of the population???????
