  • Today is day 110 on my run streak. Run streaks are hard, finding the time, fuelling your body right and staying motivated and disciplined to keep it going, and avoiding injury is all challenging. In this video I go through the step that will allow you to maintain a Run Streak for the long term. #runner #runstreak #runeveryday #neverfinished #keephammering #runningmotivation #runningvlog

Great video. I am also just starting out on a run streak at day 74. As a 51 year old runner that only started running in 2020 and at that time could not run 1km, I keep pinching myself as I now can punch out in general more than 10km every day, with some longer runs and even races mixed in. I like your advice and do agree this is not something you start unless you already have a significant base to build from. I have been lucky with not getting injured, but it is always in the back of my mind.

@@katratadventures9571 fantastic to be at day 74.. and wow what an inspirational journey, really shows that of you have the right mindset anything is possible. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts and if you IM me your strava (if you have one) I will look for you and try to encourage you. Next significant milestone for me is 1000 miles for the year so far which I should get to in 2 weeks time and 1000 days alcohol free in 13 days time 🫶🏻. Have a great weekend
