No this is not false doctrine. Baptisms must be done according to scripture. I always used to hear these false pastors when baptizing say in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost but never said the name. That name is Jesus Christ! And yes, if you backslide and dont come back to repentance you will go to hell period. There is no such thing as once saved always saved. That in itself is false doctrine😅😅
