Almost every VR shooter dies shortly after launch with the exception of a couple. AS2 was a great game. I guess if you don't like blasting zombie heads then it's not your thing. But vertigo is definitely doing a great job right now.

I love how these triple a studios are slowly getting into standalone VR, but how is this going to run on quest. Really hope it’s not going going to be too pixelated
Going off of assassin's creed VR and Asgard's wrath 2 I am not very worried. Now that they don't have to support the quest 1 anymore the graphics are actually pretty decent
Asgards Wrath 2 looks pretty decent on Quest 3 so I think they could pull it off. Only problem is dark scenes on those LCD displays won't looks great like on an OLED.
@@DaveSimkus probably one day they will create a pro version of quest 3 with an oled screen, eye tracking, better cameras without distortions, if the controller also had adaptive triggers then yes it would be a dream

I love the Metro Series. I also love VR games. This is a dream come true, especially since I never expected a Metro VR game to ever release after Paradox of Hope was shut down.
This would get me excited if floaty hands wouldn't be such a huge turnoff. Its 2024 guys... Modern VR is more than 10 years old. How are we still using floaty hands?!?
I am disabled so can't stand, or raise hands high, it's annoying when so called seated games can't be played, like reaching for some silly belt and holster, often no button options

Eh, it’s hard to get immersed with floating hands. This is one of those games where I don’t really think it will work unfortunately. Metro games rely on complete immersion IMO.
