    Good Tutorial again. Good tip how to set up the Render Target Nodetree with just two clicks. So my tutorial about that is almost outdated :D About the material creation I use a colorcorrect or a ramp node between to control the amount of the maps. The AO map is a very good map and helps a lot with the deffinition of Bump and Dispmaps.
