During the covid pandemic (2 1/2 years) I was in a province in the Philippines. While there we built over 25 C.R's (toilets) and built and repaired many homes and distributed food and other essential items thanks to this youtube channel and the subscribers. Your Local Civil Registrar can help you with that PSA stuff. The can expedite the process for you. They can deliver the birth certificate personally to PSA since they are authorized to transact with them. You will need to pay more but they can get it done faster.
He did that already in their local civil register and brought the birth certificate to PSA for registration but as it was said, it will take a year for her data to be in the system.
My sister works at PSA and she says its different from the local registrar and PSA do not have their records until the local registrar down loads them to PSA. Therefore many of the new birt certificates haven't been down loaded to PSA archives yet meaning PSA can't issue them yet.

For now back to reality in Toledo. Because of how slow the PSA takes to issue a certified birth certificate for a new baby, there’s a possibility Everly will be one year old by the time all is done. Meanwhile, it will give you more time to prepare whatever requirements needed to sponsor a fiancée visa for Reche and citizenship for Everly. Maybe one more trip for you to stay put in the US while waiting for the approval of Reche’s finance visa. I know the sponsor has to be in the US specifically to prove his responsibility to finance the entire stay of the petitioned finance until she becomes a US citizen. That includes annual income from a US job to be able to sustain her stay. It takes about a year for the visa to be approved so by that time comes, Everly will be walking already to be your flower girl.❤️ Just take it slow and don’t be in a hurry to make this things work out. Continue your family life with your new baby and cherish every moment with them. Everything has its own purpose and for all you know, your prayers are answered in His own will. Hang on, continue to be patient and enjoy your new baby. Glad your parents came to see Everly and spent time with all of you. She’s growing fast and to be sure you catch all of her developmental milestones on video. Safe trip to grandpa and grandma ❤️
On this episode of the Philippines: Dustin and his hunnie bunnie are saying good bye to their parents as their time of the Philippines has come to an end :( But that's ok Reche and Dustin will get to see them in about 2 more months and hopefully the passport will come by then :P But hoping for the 4th chance at the Philippines for the winter 2024 :P As Dustin and his hunnie bunnie are going back in the car going back to Toledo :P But otherwise they had a good day :P
