During the covid pandemic (2 1/2 years) I was in a province in the Philippines. While there we built over 25 C.R's (toilets) and built and repaired many homes and distributed food and other essential items thanks to this youtube channel and the subscribers. Pedro should open a bakeshop. He seems to enjoy it since he does it with a certain flair - - I would even say an artistic style. I'm amazed at the finished product -- looks yummy! He's the Gian Lorenzo Bernini (Renaissance artist) of bread.

I agree with some of ur subscribers. Once, Pedro and family built their home. Pedro can just open a small sari/sari and bakery shop. I'm amazed with this community. So, many talented people and showing us the province lifestyle. It doesn't take much to live well and happy when everyone helps each other.

I didnt know you are so uhhhmmm filipino..the joke among foreigners is “filipino so clean they wash bread, but not so because they drink the liquid/coffee where they washed the bread” ha ha ha!

Dustin, i was amazed to see d 1st oven, d upright version that did a perfect chicken lechon in previous vid. Now this, another variation of d makeshift oven made of scrap tin sheets... I'm stunned, I can't believe my eyes but it's freaking awesome, it works. Perfect looking end products... yummy 🤪🤪🤪. No doubt Pedro is truly skillful, a funny promdi but outgoing too😃😃😃. But oops!!! Wow, amazing... you can bake bread even with no oven just all those improvised materials around. And he baking no conventional mixer , tools for measuring the ingredients . He is great .
Better help build them to have a bakery of their own and sustain themselves. This will make a big difference in their lives just need motivation and teach them about business . One day, never know they can have their own cafe.

I enjoyed watching him made some rolls, and different shapes of bread. He's good in baking it, never seen like it before. My dad baked delicacies using galvanize iron but the fire was only at the bottom. Masarap or lami kaayo!!

I didn't know that's how you make a croissant shape bread. Pedro is a highly skilled baker. He's giving me some ideas on how to bake a bread. I have tried it but it failed to rise.

Make sure the yeast is alive, first check the expiry date., if in doubt place the warm water not hot , yeast and sugar in a bowl , wait for five minutes and see if it foams up before mixing the rest of the ingredients according to your recipe. Claire A.
Raymond’s dad should open up a bakery. He is a good baker. I can tell of a good baker if I see one. He whipped those bread in no time and in a makeshift oven. That is awesome. I love baking as well. I’m sure those bread that is baked in that makeshift oven and using banana leaves as your baking sheet adds to the bread distinct taste. Banana leaves always helps and enhances food taste.
