I do sign graphics on vehicles have you had any experience double layering with that application table every time I do it seems like it skews to one side or the other
Great video! I’v just started working in a small sign shop. We have a laminator that doesn’t get used often and takes up a lot of space. I’d think this roller set up would allow us to get rid of that big machine while still Abe to laminate when needed. But also able to use the roller set up on all our day to day projects. Laying a 24x60 inch sign is a tough stretch and hopefully no bubbles or a wrinkle doing it solo. I manage but this looks wayyyyy easier. Are there less expensive roller set ups without the entire table you’d recommend?
How are you liking your table? I am going to be getting one myself here in a week. I am really a one man shop and this will increase the overall process a lot I am thinking.
@@BobTheSignMan thanks for the reply! Anything to share that has helped you since you have it for a while now, meaning anything you learned that could be helpful.
Is this normally how signs are made? Is the vinyl / color permanent outdoors, in the sun for 10 or 20 years? I thought it was mostly screen print with some kind of UV ink...
Excellent demo! A question regarding your shelving in the background, that is storing your rolls of media. Those look like something I have been looking for! Who is the manufacturer or where did you purchase those!?

Hi Bob,and greetings from Ireland ....great vid as always....we bought one of these (not the same make) best money we every spent as you said its like having another employee, also if you had some one new to the industry it would take very little time to train them to use it, they are very low maintenance....you mentioned the printer ye bought are you allowed to say what make?or maybe your keeping that for another video?
¿Hola Bob, como estas? felicitarte como haces todo eso solo, y varias a la vez, soy de Colombia, por favor me puedes decir donde puedo conseguir esa mesa y rodiilo?
Thanks for posting this! You're the first one to post a full video showing the sign making process from start to finish using this style of table.
Thanks. I haven't seen many on it myself so I thought I would share some of my use of it.

That table is SWEET!
Very cool table. Wish i had the space for one.
Great video as usual. The table is certainly a good investment!
Thank you for watching! The table is definitely a game changer.
Thanks, your videos are really helpful.
Thank you!
That’s a sweet table
Good work mate. New here to join you.
Bob setting records left and right...
And I do all my own stunts!
@@BobTheSignMan i would expect nothing less...lol
That's a fantastic monster of a squeegee system. Love it. How much and where can I get one? But how do you keep graphics center on the panels?
The cost is around 14 thousand dollars. Once the roll is in the down position the graphic stays in place.
👍
Very helpful video. Do you cut your own sign aliminum/plastic backing. If so how do you cut them to get a clean finish.
We don’t cut our signs
Can i ask where yoy purchased the table from?.I've see a similar make table and was quoted 25k and heard you said 14k
We got it from Grimco

The application tables can get quite expensive. TheCWT tables aren’t cheap in price, but the quality is good.
This guy built his own. ruclips.net/video/eWS7B_SxV1E/видео.html

It is a HP 365 Latex printer. I've had it about 3 weeks now. There is a lot to learn. I will be posting some videos soon on it.
