Hi Tony. I have a somewhat unrelated question - After producing the sign, do you install it, or do you have someone that installs it? Im asking, because here in Florida, I was looking to provide install services to sign shops, so Im wondering if you think that would be a beneficial service for signs like this?
I have had zero issues with the table. I use it 3-4 hours a day on average. I just ordered a new mat for the top just because ours was getting pretty nasty from everyday wear and tear.
@@Novoworks i believe they referred to it as a 12’ table but thats an 8’ sign im working with. The bed only has a 10’ working area but i have laminated decals up to 50 feet long by moving it thru and doing 8-10 feet at a time. The table is now rotated and in line with the table you see behind me so I can extend things on to the shop table.
We bought this 5 years ago at a trade show and the trade show special was $12K at the time. it was a huge purchase for us at the time but I still say this is the best money I ever spent on equipment. It saves us so much labor cost and time.
Sorry, just seeing your comment. We use this table as a cold laminator. We laminate a printed decal and then apply that to any substrate. Some people will apply the decal and then laminate after that, its just a matter of preference.

I’ve seen others that will do cold laminate. Surely this works the same way. Curious the price tag 🤔
