Ritter Sports are one of my favourite chocolates I've ever tried and there are so many delicious flavours. The coconut one I've tried and I loved it. I did not know there was an espresso one that looks like a must try. The first time I opened a Ritter sport I did it wrong. Looks like you love the Ritter Sports as much as I do. Good video Emmy.

It's quite amazing how the German pronounciation gets better with every video. I'd wager we are just about 2.8 million calories away from the level of a native speaker. ^^
I love the knusperflakes (corn flakes) ritter sport. Fell in love with it when I lived in Salzburg, Austria years ago.

A friend in Germany sent me a Ritter Sport about 5 years ago. It was a special addition and I can't find it anymore but it was the BEST tasting chocolate treat I've ever had. The flavor? RED WINE!

jocelynandjosh many flavors are only offered in a special season and not the whole year. Like this "Wintertraum"-flavor Emmy had here, they are only offered in the cold season. And they don't necessarily repeat, there are different flavors every year. :)

I also love Ritter Sport, you can buy them here in Iceland - my favorites are the Marzipan, Whole Hazelnuts and the Rum Raisins Hazelnuts.

My favourite is Marzipan and yes, you can get the whole hazelnut one in milk chocolate as well, it's more common too! :)
While on a chocolate tour in Hawaii, I learn that by letting the chocolate melt on your tongue you can taste the little nuances of flavor in chocolate. Like citrus notes or even fruity flavors in just plain dark chocolate :)
my favourite is the one with marzipan...the dark bitter chocolate outside and the wet/crumbly sweet marzipan in the inside is magnificent

i got like 6 types of ritters sport chocolate for my birthday a few years back...really delicious...i really loved the dark chocolate ones...my friends preferred the hazelnut and the marzipan ones...but for me the dark chocolate was amazing...
my favorite is the white one with whole hazelnuts. and the one with salty almonds
I love ritter bars! Butter biscuit, cornflakes, whole hazelnuts (white & milk chocolate), strawberry yogurt, coconut, peppermint, and honey salt almonds.
Oh I love biting really bitter dark chocolate! But melting it slowly is also lovely and yields a much different experience! Both are great to me!
I'm from Denmark which is right next to Germany ("above" if you look on a map) and Danish stores sell many different Ritter Sport varieties as well - my favorites are marcipan (red package), butter biscuit, and chocolate mousse / 'Kakao-Mousse' (you should definitely try this one if you can!)

My favourite Ritter Sport is the Marzipan one, I think it's in a red packet. Delicious.

my favorite flavor is the ritter sport with the plain yogurt filling! It has a slight tang. Very delicious!
The strawberry one is the BEST. Normally strawberry is paired with white chocolate which is wayy too sweet. But with milk chocolate it's really good!!
I am so inlove with Ritter Sport. Specially the yoghurt, peppermint, and the raspberry. Wahhh Emmy I so envy you right now!
marzipan is one of my favorites
I remember going to the ritter shop in berlin a few years ago and they would custom make chocolate bars for you with whatever filling and topping you liked
My favorite is the Ritter Sport - Kakao-Mousse :) Creamy slightly darker chocolate mousse filling covered in milk chocolate. Yum!
There also is a white chocolate with whole hazelnuts. And you should also let the Alpenmilch melt in your mouth, delicious. My favourites are strawberry yoghurt, Olympia, and Neapolitaner waffles. But there was also a summer edition with lime yoghurt I liked, and I also like plain yoghurt flavour and marzipan.
I love Peppermint and "Halbbitter" the most. soooo good!
Knusperkeks (translates into Crunchy Bisquit/Cookie) is my most favourite one next to the regular blue Edel-Vollmilch one.
For me it was funny when she reads out "Weiße Vanille" and was surprised after that, that it was white chocolate, because for me it was totally obvious that "Weiß" means white. I needed a few seconds to realize that she can't know that, because she don't know the language. I think its somehow cool that there are so many languages out there and people don't understand words I know since I was a child, but also I don't know words which they know since they were a child. I hope my english isn't so bad and you will understand what I wanted to say. Have a nice day!

Oh, that one with espresso is my favorite too... there's the white chocolate version with nuts also... Also my favorite.
I love the dark chocolate and whole hazelnuts. So good! Like a simplistic Ferro Roche.

some interesting flavours... I love the strawberry yoghurt Ritter (UK) but my all time fav has to be the Ritter marzipan...oh yum...
Aktually we have quite a hand full of white chocolate Ritter Sport flavours in Germany :) like "Weisse Voll-Nuss" which is similar to the "Voll-Nuss" bar you tastet and "Weiss + Crisp" or "Schokowürfel Weiss" which is a collection of filled little white chocolate cubes. If you`re curious I share here the link of the German Ritter Sports website where all the flavours are listed. It is quite interesting for me too, `cause of course not all flavours are storaged in our local supermarkets. :)

Nom! If you ever go to Berlin, go to the Rittersport store there. It is HUGE and you can make your own custom bars which is so much fun! My favorite standard flavors of theirs is the cornflake filled milk chocolate bars, but the best one I ever had was a limited edition blood orange filled one. I wish they would bring that back, it was soooo good.
The espresso one is the best!!! I can usually find them at world market, which is not nearby, but worth the drive for the best chocolate bar ever.
my favourite ritter sport is the red one, marzipan with semi-dark chocolate. it's one of the standard flavors in germany :D and I also like rum-grape-nut which as the name suggests has rum, nuts and grapes in the form of raisins
I have all of those flavors (except the winter special) at my local World Market/Cost Plus! So glad you decided to make a video with this :D Now I know exactly which flavors to pick when I go down the chocolate isle xD

I love the coconut one.. its like the best out of the kinds I'm able to find here in the U.S
I love Ritter Sports chocolate too. My favorite so far is Raisin Hazelnut and Cornflakes. Yum .

my favorite ritter Sport is probably kokos makrone (its a special Winter edition in germany and i love it so so so much)
I love the Alpenmilch one. I don't like sweets chocolates, normally I'm eating 80+ % when it comes to the amount of cocoa in chocolate, but the Alpenmilch chocolate has a hint of honey in taste, which I love. The bad part is: I'm living on a vegan diet, but once a year I'm buying the Ritter Sport, eating a piece of it, my boyfriend is allowed to eat the remaining pieces and I'm happy :)
my absolute favorite ritter sports is Kakaocreme, which is very dark chocolate mousse coated in milk chocolate. It has huge squares so in a normally sized bar it's only got 9 squares.
P.S. Concerning the strawberry yoghurt ritter sport: the crunchy bits are the dried strawberry bits. That's very popular in Germany, but I don't really like the crunchyness of the strawberry. I prefer it gooey ;)
Those are my favorites! Having spent 12 years in Germany I miss the food soo much. I can only get 2-3 types of Ritter Sports Bar's in my area and they are rather expensive for what you get compared to domestic candy.Christmas is not the same either with out open air Christmas Markets. KNUSPERKEKS are one of the ones I can get here locally in the foreign foods isle. I would call it a Butter Biscuit dipped in milk chocolate. KOKOS is also available but most people feel let down because it is so mild compared to most USA coconut confections. I think we also have the marzipan but I hate marzipan.

Omg I got these every time I got to the airport! I can't find them anywhere else. Once my dad got the whole assorted stack from Germany and my sister and I blindfolded each other and played a guessing game. You should try that with a friend or someone! We used to love playing that.
Nothing tops or will ever top Ritter Sport Marzipan. Definitely the best one.
I love ritters. My fav. Is kakao mousse and espresso. Still can't find the honey salt almond, caramel nuts and cornflakes flav. .. Nice vid. Emy. Godbless

I love Ritter Sport chocolate. My favorites are the Strawberry-Jogurt, Strawberry-Mint and Kakao-Mousse. The Buttermilk-Lemon and White-Crisp are quite good too.... oh well, the all are ;)
..you're right..there is another version with haselnuts in milk chocolate..my favourite Ritter Sport sorts are..rum nut grape..marzipan..mint and there is a sort..vanilla mouse..like mousse au chocolat..just vanilla..yummy

My favorite two are Marzipan filling with dark chocolate and milk chocolate with raisins and hazelnuts.
i love the one with cornflakes and mousse au chocolat, which has much bigger pieces so much mousse can fit in :D love that. and there actually is a milkchocolate/whole nut one, the word "dunkle" means "dark" :-)
my favourite Ritter Sport is Marzipan, because I love Marzipan and the filling of the Ritter Sport Marzipan is more creamy than other Marzipan Chocolates

My favorite Ritter flavor is Nougat and Kakao Mousse. And twice a year I m visting the Ritter Shop and buy a huge amount of them.....

I did a massive order of Ritter Sport from a German importer. I now have a box full of Ritter Sport wrapper to commemorate this. It was glorious while it lasted.

Peppermint is my absolute favorite and I guess you would love it too, it just has the perfect balance of peppermint and dark chocolate. I always have at least one bar in the house :)

I tried the Biscuit and cocoa creme one and it's delicious. I wish I could find more flavors of this in the states. I want to try the strawberry yogurt one very much but, I cannot find it. So far my favorites are the biscuit and the cornflakes....that one is like a crunch bar on steroids.
you would also love the Ritter Sport Dunkle Mousse or Ritter Sport Nougat! they are amazing. but you also have to taste the Milka chocolates Oreo and Noisette +emmymadeinjapan
My personal favorite is the orange package, I believe the flavor is Caramel & Nuts. Really sweet, but still love it :)
I'm not a huge fan of milk chocolate but Ritter sports are the exception. My absolute favorite one is cornflakes and milk chocolate!
The whole hazelnut one is here in FL. Its so good, I didn't see the others around my local Supermarket. I think we only have the whole hazelnut one ;-;

Gianduja is my favorite, used it to make ice cream cake and it was the best I ever made
They even have one that is unicorn flavor, but it's sold out.You can still get it on ebay for a very steep price. Just google "Ritter Sport Einhorn".
My boyfriend doesn't understand why I like the marzipan one so thank you for not making me feel alone hahaha

my favorite flavor of Ritter Sport chocolate is - white milk chocolate with nuts, that was the most rich milk taste in chocolate i've ever had! Smachno (which in ukrainian 'смачно' means: delicious!) !!
