For instance, she had to face Mauresmo (#1 and 2 slams); Venus (#1 -7 slams); Capriati (#1 -3 slams); Cljsters (#1-4slams); Henin (#1-7slams); Kuznetsova (#2-2 slams); Sharapova (#1-5 slams); Davenport (#1-3 slams). @@stefanossmitty3318 I only agree the Seles argument. But Serena facing stiffer competition is not an argument for her but rather against her. I still don't quite understand why people always rank Venus higher than Henin...winning Wimbledons is more value than winning RG titles or what?! Or is it because of that marginal difference in titles won (43 vs. 49 in Venus' favour!) what else? H2H advantage?! Competition?! Well...Henin had to compete with both sisters most of the time, plus peak Sharapova, peak Clijsters and decent Davenport (even though she couldn't win slams in 00' decade...she still remained highly competitive and would achieve #1 ranking several times during 00's...). So once again i ask what is it?! Meanwhile Henin's advantages: 3 out of 4 slams (on top of olympic gold), 117 weeks as #1 versus only 11 (LOL), 3 times finished the season as #1 versus big fat zero (once again - big LOL!), 2 WTA finals titles vs. 1, 10 T-1/P5/PM titles (masters equivalent in men's tennis) vs. 9, 20 big titles vs. 18. So where is that notion Venus Williams is greater tahn Justine Henin comes from?! I don't get it! To me rankings records and that 3 out of 4 slams won are bigger strengths than whatever Venus could counter it with...one extra slam title would push her ahead, but since they both sit at 7, then the next tie-breakers are ranking records, which are total weeks as #1 and ye#1 finishes and she stomps hard in both of those so...

Not graf serve and big forehand no backhand beat old champs and mediocre opponents. Seles found her out serenas game had so much all round power best player and not my fav but had serve volleys aggression slice soble power athletisism martina navratilova i loved evert and goola gong sabalenka today but for me martina is the goat but lets face it all that list were great keep loving and enjoying womens tennis❤🎉 oppo
Seles would have been in the top 3 if she didn't get stabbed.
Steffi graf no.1
This is created with AI based on an existing list, and badly made, the text to Hingis already makes no sense.
Tell me you are american without telling me you are american... lol
Inconsistent list. Steffi has more reasons on her favour to be #1. Serena can't match that at all. It's all about a fan's list. Not very serious.
Serena drama queen !
You mean she’s the Drama GOAT of all times. She’s gave tennis a newly needed lift. 🎾👍🏾😘❤️⭐️🙏🏾
