JP and Julia you could make Fried Macaroni and Cheese with the leftovers cut the Macaroni and cheese in too blocks and dip in to egg wash and Panko and either deep fry or air fry.

Sous vide is a great way to cook things. I haven't invested in the vacuum sealer though since ziplocks seem to work ok. I'm not sure it is worth the effort for reheating mac and cheese though.
