@@nickmumpfield5319 I think it's implied that while the GOC is one of the most powerful GoI's in lore, its resources pale in comparison to the Foundation (in fact their policies make a lot more sense when you realize that they can't just contain things like the Foundation does and have to either let entities harm the public or destroy them). My guess would be that the majority of the GOC would be destroyed when day initially broke and while some facilities may still exist they wouldn't be organized; some would probably help the Foundation in any way they could, some might blame them and become hostile towards the Foundation, and some would just try to wait it out and hope they get contacted by surviving higher-ups to receive instructions.

SCP: 3008 would be the perfect place to hide. Infinite food and supplies, a very slim chance you find the exit, and the employees would be a walk in the park compared to the flesh monsters.
don't forget that the employees will also attack the flesh piles, so they can act as a natural defense against the piles while the piles keep the employees occupied, making survival easier in general.
A nuclear winter would actually be a blessing in this situation because sunlight wouldn’t be able to reach the planet, as long as you can prepare for the radiation. After that all it would take is gasoline, flamethrowers, molotovs or anything that could spew fire to get rid of the monsters
You can take SCP-107, pour water into it, it will create a cloud, you will get in the car and go where you need to go. And the cloud will move after you, as SCP-107 will also be in the car. As a result, the cloud will cover you from the sun for as long as you need, since you can simply collect rainwater in a glass and pour it into the shell.
So basically to survive you need to become a gamer. Really think about it you have to stay in the dark, and avoid people who have been affected by the Sun.
I feel like the moon not being safe either kinda breaks some of the previous When Day Breaks stories since a lot of the characters were traveling at night
If this SCP is one that targets exclusively biological matter, why doesnt anyone attempt to use the clockwork virus or some other SCP that turns people into non biological matter to beat When Day Breaks?

So far, the newest SCP (SCP-7000) hasn't got many videos covering it yet. I think you guys should definitely cover it! You survived all of that, and were fortunate enough to have had a well sealed room when it comes to sunlight sneaking in. You work a night shift and sleep a lot during the day. Some might say more than you should. You awaken, no nothing of your luck, and you look up to find the roof that once shielded you from the sun is gone. You feel yourself begin to melt, and as you let out a scream, you have no way of ever being aware of just how lucky you almost were.
Considering how much sunlight is needed to be exposed on you for you to melt, it could take a while to seconds, so you might not even get the chance to scream in some scenarios let alone even realize what happened to you

If they retain their memories, they probably remember being terrified, but after transforming, all their fear faded. They probably think they're helping the remaining survivors, but know they won't come outside of their own free will. So they first try speaking to them, trying to convince them to join them outside, reassuring them that they won't suffer anymore. If that doesn't work, they force their way in.
This would be the most depressing movie lol. If the moonlight becomes harmful then there really is a null chance of surviving. Sometimes surviving isn't the best option I guess.
If the reflected sunlight also carries the effects, then most indoors are not safe since they are still illuminated by scattered and reflected sunlight. So I assume if you wrap yourself in aluminum that is tight enough to not let sunlight hit you directly you actually are safe from the effects.
Id imagine the only way to beat when day breaks is by having a full body armor that covers every inch and has multiple layers of protection and a camera view instead of anything else and a freeze ray to freeze the monsters and some thaumathergical runes as reinforcement for the armor and to keep the wearers body in top state
The sad reality is you can't kill yourself to escape because it'll drag your body into the light and you're resurrected into the blob anyway way to kill yourself successfully in to destroy your entire body into Ash a cremation for example or being buried under the ground with no food or water

It can't be just me that thinks that the blobs of flesh can be killed by throwing Dr bright into it. The blob should become Dr bright upon contact with the necklace and then make Dr bright absorb other blobs. On the 29th day, get him to throw the necklace on the ground and repeat the process

The sad reality is you can't kill yourself to escape because it'll drag your body into the light and you're resurrected into the blob anyway way to kill yourself successfully in to destroy your entire body into Ash a cremation for example or being buried under the ground with no food or water

It can't be just me that thinks that the blobs of flesh can be killed by throwing Dr bright into it. The blob should become Dr bright upon contact with the necklace and then make Dr bright absorb other blobs. On the 29th day, get him to throw the necklace on the ground and repeat the process

Ah scp001 when day breaks my favorite scp and in my opinion the most dangerous scp for mankind/animal kingdom an scp defiantly worthy of the 001 status. The one scp you can't stop from ending everything on earth.. definitely a good video ty for making it. But I'm curious what happens to fish and sea creatures? And ik that it melts other scps like shy guy but when they combine do they keep their anomalies exp. If shy guy and the hard to destroy reptile combine do u have a blob that you can't destroy and that will stop at nothing to kill you if you see it's face if they do keep their anomalies the wrong 2 scps combining would be a serious problem on top of 001 the world would be screwed lol can you answer these few questions plz or give me your thoughts on it.
