Ehhh, you don't really need 60 vigor on some builds, a lot of builds can get away with 50 Vigor and Marais Executioner Greatsword builds are one of those. 50-60 Vigor is the sweet spot for any build, especially if you add in talismans like Dragoncrest GreatShield. Having Strength & Arcane both at 80 is more important then 10 extra levels into Vigor (50 to 60) especially considering that the point of Marais builds are going to be "one shots" or dealing as much damage as possible, as quickly as possible which makes damage more important then 10 vigor levels
Syrobe's builds is horrible. I've been playing with Marais since they fixed the Arcane Scaling bug and this is so far from even usable. specially putting SO MANY POINTS in a stat your weapon doesn't scale considering that buffs apply multiplicatively with you AR if that is low your damage will be low and this video proves it. The only thing I disagree with you is that you MUST have 60 Vigor on any build. That goes more with the player. I got used to enemies attacks an pattern cause of lvl 1 run so I feel that 40 for me is enough.
going to 68 int on a weapon that does not even get any extra damage from that and claiming it's Mathematically Correct is absolute insane behaviour

Wish is the soft cap and hard cap for ROB arcane, 45 ? 60?
60 is where you want to stop until you get dexterity to around the same level, then get 80 arcane.

I’m using a build of it and with normal buffs I’m getting close to 10k damage and I’m still at 9 int, I think that guy is high

Yep just go with 50-60 arcane then lower str if you need to

60 vigor no matter what by level 100? Peach vigor, just play better.
