    Want to take your game to the next level but don’t have a trainer or team to practice with? This solo basketball workout is perfect for athletes who want to improve their finishing, shooting, and ball handling with clear guidance and step-by-step instructions. These drills are designed to push your limits and help you maximize your potential on the court.
    Workout Breakdown with Help:
    Finishing Drills:2-3 Sets Please Make 4 Or More in Each Set
    1.5-Spot Finishing: Start midrange, go back between the legs, and finish strong with a 2-foot move.
    2.5-Spot Reverse Finish: Work on touch and finesse around the rim.
    3.Corner Floater Drill: 1-2 slide-out dribbles ending in a floater.
    4.Elbow Behind-the-Back Drill: 2 dribbles outside the 3-point line, extend behind the back, and finish on the opposite side of the rim.
    Midrange Shooting Drills: 2-3 Sets Please Make 4 Or More in Each Set
    5. Baseline Slide-Out Pullups: Start underneath the baseline, slide out behind the back at the wing, and finish with a 2-dribble pullup.
    6.Step-Back Drill: Start at the corner, slide out with 2 dribbles, and finish with a step-back jumper.
    7.Wing Pullups: 2-dribble moves into midrange shots from the wing.
    3-Point Shooting Drills:2-3 Sets Please Make 4 Or More in Each Set
    8. 5-Spot 3-Point Shooting: Pop & roll the ball to set up a perfect 3-point shot.
    9. Corner to Wing Pullups: Hard dribble from the corner to the wing, pull up, and shoot 3s.
    10. Corner-to-Corner 3s: Make 3-5 shots per spot.
    11. Wing to Corner 3s: Attack with 2 dribbles and shoot from the corner.
    Ball Handling Drills: 2-3 Sets of each Drill
    12. Stationary Combos: Get creative and refine your handles with combo dribbles.
    13.On-the-Move Ball Handling: Focus on speed and control in game-like situations.
