Looks delicious and I look forward to preparing this. Fun fact; fajitas were invented in Houston Texas and not Mexico by Mama Ninfa in 1973. She made her famous tortillas for the workers who wanted some meat so she took the only cut she had a shirt/flank steak, added her famous seasoning and the rest is history. Look it up if you want to
Sarah, what a fantastic recipe. My family is going to love it! Thank you so much. You're such an inspiration to me. My appetite is back. Just had a couple heart attacks recently and the doctors before surgery are monitoring my weight. I went yesterday to see The Physician and he said I put on 8 lbs. I owe it all to you! Your recipes literally have inspired me to want to eat. You see I'm not just a fan of your recipes, your recipes are bringing my health back. I don't have any wild game, but I did your rib roll out of pork. And it was fantastic🏅🍽 THANK YOU SARAH 💖 God bless you Sister🙏
We did the Rib Roll out of a Deer my friend gave us. It was AMAZING. I have chicken laid out for tomorrow for this one. Sarah , you rock. I'm Grateful That You Are Doing This. THANKS For All These Ideas. I've had to subscribe 3xs now. So I will keep an eye on it.
So impressed with your little cooking show. I only call it little, because you are on for such a brief time. But the information you feed to us in those two and one-half minutes backs a huge punch. So well done and beautifully presented! Delicious too!
Thanks that looks great. I would love to see seared blackened steelhead but Steve's inability to catch one makes it a wish list contender ( : thanks for the mind warping recipes..
Yummy I was eating lunch when your video popped up & I am making that for dinner tomorrow, only because I already have dinner planned for tonight . Thank you 🙏🏻❤️✝️✌🏼😊
More great food. It's a good thing Steve can't stay still for long otherwise he'd weigh 300pounds lol. The wife and I love the cooking videos. Thank you for doing these. God bless and stay safe.
I made this dish for my wife who is a real pepper person. I had some frozen wild turkey I had harvested last spring so I used that instead of chicken. Wife loved it and so do I. The turkey turned out really tender, which is a concern when cooking wild turkey. I did hand shred the turkey after cooking it in the skillet. Hats off to you sister 👍
I just cooked the same just now for my son's lunch meal before he goes to work! I used New Mexico green chili for flavor and heat! Your meal looks great!
Thanks Sarah Your new channel has been awesome and has had some great recipe's on it. Really Appreciate what you do thanks all has been delicious so far 🔪🥣🥄🍽🍴🍝🍛🍝
I agree 👍 excellent job on the video. And once again a show stopper, going to have to get out my frying pan this time and chance it. Thank you for the video
Great idea Sarah. I'm on a heart healthy diet and this will be added to my menu. I never thought of using cream cheese for fajitas. I usually use sour cream. Also will use sweet onion. I gotta try this. Yum!
You do such a great job cooking and filming these and then the presentation of the food on the plates is beautiful. I think your cooking channel will be very successful. It already is with me..
A cook after my own heart....butter and cream cheese are my 'secret' ingredients for...EVERYTHING!!! You go, girl, we are watching and trying. Steve must work out a lot, cuz for all this beautiful food, he's not packing anything other than the meat you cook up! Perhaps one day, when you are comfortable, we will get to see you and hear you. Either way, I look forward to your recipes and thank you for your channel. Wishing you every bit of success.
This is a great site and project. Looking forward to your trying lots of good dishes. I’m a Certified Living Food Chef; 77 yo, and I’ve watched Steve more than a year. Good luck with this project. More than willing to share recipes.
I know you are one special Lady. You and Steve make a great couple. He provides the meat and you sure know how to not only cook it, but boy do you know how to plate it. So happy you decided to share your talent with the World. I can still afford chicken, but not much else. Thanks so much for sharing 😍
There goes my stomach again growling. The close-ups make my mouth water. Good job.
Bless you Sarah!!! Thank you for your support to Steve, who is supporting and encouraging all of us!!!
