Exactly my thought when I saw the metal bristle! If just one small metal wire breaks and gets embedded in a potato and consumed by human or animal, it can tear in thoracic or stomach or intestinal region leading to large complication if not immediate death!
Potato peeler Machines use a HQ perforated SS304 drum like in a front load washing machine.
