    My father was a welder and a blacksmith. He worked with machinists. I spent a lot years around these people. Your techniques are really good. i never see anything that seems wrong in your videos. You do everything just as it is supposed to be done. I think my father would have liked restoring things with you. People that know how this kind of work should be done, know you do it very well.

    Thank you again for shielding the welding. It’s always fascinating to me when old technology is restored. I love the gold paint, and the new brass bushings are simply beautiful. I like the nickel plating, too.

    Beautiful restoration job. You even made new bushings for the holes that were worn and welded new metal to the broken gear teeth on the pinion rack. You also made a new tube for the stuffing end. It looks much better and it works like a charm too. Excellent work.

    Wow! That turned out way better than I expected! I've seen a fair number of restorations of older machines that kinda leave them in a more rustic finish so this is a real nice change of pace!

    imo, this is one of your best resto's. You are in command the whole time, make it look easy, do some good repairs with your stick welder, and the finished product FUNCTIONS! :D Love it

    Tolle Arbeit hast du gemacht einen Super Job ❤. Diese Wurstfüller sind 100 mal besser als die Modernen Wurstfüller von heute . Du hast diesen so gut Restauriert nun wird er weitere 100 Jahre halten und Würste füllen :-)

    Nice job on your bratwurst. Those looked delicious. The restoration of the sausage stuffer was really interesting to watch. You take such care with each part. It should last 100 years.

    WOW......Incredible restoration! He's such an expert using a file. Most young people today have absolutely no idea what a file is or how to use one. Uh, There is no such thing as food grade Aluminum. Thanks Mister Patina for a terrific video.

    Another great restoration, thank you. In English, the process of moving the lathe cutter across the surface of the piece to clean and level it is called 'skimming'. A nice Old Norse word! Best wishes from Manchester UK - where this excellent sausage stuffing machine was made!

    That was amazing. And seeing it all restored and spiffed up made me imagine what it was like back when it was new, being used by some butcher making sausages for the shoppers... Living history at its finest.

    Nothing makes a restoration better than homemade bratwurst. The brass bushings really made this thing pop. Very nice video and work. How about an old-school sewing machine with a table? Apologies if you have been there, done that, and I missed it.

    my family uses a sausage stuffer from roughly the same era.. i think it has a date like 1912 or 1915 somewhere around there.. works great.
