      Well a Lego brick is around 10 cents, an that's a tenth of a dollar, so that's a tenth of three million, so $300,000.

    LEGO should release the designing software as an app so you can build anything in the app, send it to LEGO and have them send you all the needed pieces. It’d be really cool if you could like build your whole house with LEGOs

    My son is 9, I got him a large collection of technic models, like excavators, unimog, crane, ect. Basically a 10,000 piece technic dream set that I wanted when I was a kid.
    I can't even get him to touch them!! All he cares about is minecraft & video games.

      I got him a go-kart when he was 7. It scared him too much, so I traded it on craigslist for 8-9 large technic sets. I have always been way into technic, So I guess I got them for myself since my son doesn't care about them, haha.
      Maybe some day he'll learn to appreciate them.

    Lego bricks are so atractive because they come with different sizes, colors and shapes and makes you wonder what you could build with them, thats a challenge that you can´t resist.

      Steven Reekmans my guess is a tube system that feeds the needed bricks

      It's a fume removal system. They use glue to hold the model together and those help get rid of the toxic fumes.

      @@dnimlarebil In this case, the Kragle is being used for good. At least it keeps the models together more, unlike gluing together an entire city with minifigures living in it.

    Oh, yeah it's totally buildable if you've got the cash and complex CAD design system.
    Whatever happened to sitting down with a bunch of LEGO and seeing what fits together.
    BUT what I really want to know, is how many times does 3 million pieces of LEGO end up on the floor. :-P

    1 lego brick is, roughly, 1 cm³
    1 m³ (cubic meter) is 1 million cm³
    So, 3 million lego bricks are, roughly, 3 cubic meter. Roughly enough to fill the free space inside a midsize car.

      infera1 ??? i never build anything by the book. yet I am most interested in the pieces that come for a specific model. unique shapes. those are the pieces that let you build the cool stuff. U need imagination though. If you believe that the premade sets can only be turned into the figures on the instructions you lack imagination. And best place to get those unique blocks is ebay Lego by the pound.
