You had much greater luck then I 😂
I let mine sit for about a year and a couple weeks ago I replaced the battery and got it started. The alternator was seized and burned through the serpentine belt, I watched it snap in half lol. So now I gotta replace the alternator and the belt/tensioner.

Also, I would look into replacing the IAC valve (idle air control valve), it might fix that rough idle issue.

Hey good job on getting your vehicle to run for a bit. I'm sorry for you man. That must suck to watch it fall apart right before your eyes. By the way, I ended up cleaning up or cleaning out the IAC control valve and it runs even better now. So now I'm just looking to replace the brake drums at this point since it still sparks out the back.
