I love everything about the 6.4L
3rd was my favorite, I have number 2 on my R/T and sounds about the same. Just increased my tips to 4 in, changed the sound to be deeper. But the 3rd has that deep sound.

Btw it can lower ur horse power too because with muffler or resonator or the cat it don’t have a place to place the air in it then bring it out it immediately pushes the air out and that’s bad for the engine cuz it can’t push that much air per second
@@ET-_ghost btw - this isn't accurate. The muffler/resonator combo on these cars is actually already a straight-through setup...so there is no change in performance in removing them, just sound and drone changes. Now if they weren't straight through already, then the issues you're describing could come up.
what about when it's time for a smog check how will that affect the muffler deletes ?

So the 3rd one was dyno max bullets In the mid and you guys kept the rears stock? This sounds louder and better than #2 where you removed the rears and mids..
I'm shocked by this. Pulled my mids and thought about pulling rears. And if it was to loud add the bullets to quiet it. But it seems like keeping the rears and adding bullets is the way to go.
I wish you guys had a vid of no mids, no rears and just bullets..

That 6.4 sings!! They all sound amazing but for my taste I liked the mid-muffler delete while keeping the rear resonators (or whatever we call them now). I imagine this setup has the least drone too. Anyone come back to you guys about drone?
I own a Daytona 392 with mid delete and factory resonators it’s perfect no drone and it’s loud when you want it to be. Loud cold starts tho. I like it.

@@ayodrew5558 nope from my experience on my challenger scat in my opinion when I removed the rears it wasn’t as loud to me as the mids with the rears still on but I did notice ones I took off the tears it had no hesitation when I hit the gas it moved faster

The only good one is the racing bullets, all the others are way too drony or raspy. But that’s just my opinion
I like loud pipes, but the 1st 2 were as you said, too raspy. It takes away from the growl. It's like someone trying to scream, but their voice cracks. The racing bullets are the best sound (of these 3 choices), and it also offers some great crackling. I didnt hear as much in the first 2. But that's my thought on it.
@@markb3079 all the crackling you hear with the race bullets are from the engine being cold. i have the race bullets on my scat pack. very few exhaust pops at operating temps. only louder on the startups. after the car warms up, it sounds stock at idle. louder when you floor it though.
I prefer my SLP Loudmouth with catless mids.

What is the best way to get an upgrade in sound from stock, but just a step up and still maintain a respectable level for neighbors? Mid muffler delete? different tips?

I want to do #3 to my Durango SRT. I'm not sure if the Durango has a X-pipe in the "suitcase". I want to add a x-pipe w/ the race bullets.
get rid of the suitcase.... i deleted mine and put in a X pipe! basically sounds like #1 raspy or not it sounds great in person.

I do have one question about the Bullet setup - #3. Did you replace all 4 mufflers with the Racing Bullets, or just the mid mufflers?
Looks like just the mids were replaced. I've seen the same setup before with the Dynos in place of the mid mufflers but the rest of the pipes were untouched. Definitely the best sounding setup I've heard on the Scats.
I need something between 2 and 3. The deep rumble of 3 with the untame of 2 and I'll be golden

Slp lm1 I think is best sounding for 392 and the 6.1. I have tons of vids to prove it on my channel;)

none. longtubes, cat delete, mid muffler delete with oem rear resonators sounds better than any expensive exhaust system out there :)
I'm riding with longtube headers, catless midpipes and custom 3 inch piping all back out with 4 inch tips
At that point, remove the stock exhaust completely so you're not hacking it up. Have 3" duals run all the way back into some round Magnaflows at the very back.
Or you can buy a header-back system, pretty sure you can get a Hooker Blackheart system which is their headers and a full exhaust with no cats.
