I’m actually so shocked that these pieces of information are not taught in school or by a family in Turkey (as I understood). I have always known that the best underwear is cotton, that having a “bush” is healthy for you, that being wet down there causes infections (I was always told to take off my wet bikinis for this reason), I knew about the acidity of the vagina… because all of this is being taught in our schools. The only new thing for me was the acidity of the coconut oil, but then again, I knew that it’s a great natural lubricant, so :)
It’s like we grew up in the dark ages huh? 😂😭

Hi Sadie , I knew u since my high school and now I am at last grade of university . While I was checking infos about chronic cystitis I saw ur video . I have this damn disease nearly 1 year . And I am suffering from pain . Could u give me more detail how did u rid of it ? Bcz I tried elmiron , bladder installation, supplement , but still feel the pain :( currently I am doing autoimmune diet . Did u do any diet ? Just give all detail pls 🥺

No I didn’t do any diets. I think the best thing is to lead a stress free life for anything autoimmune related. I like Gabor Mate’s books about that if you’re looking into autoimmunity: “when the body says no” & “the myth of normal”. Other than that I say everything in this video.
