Hello. How dos the setter track if the appointment led to a sale for the client? Or does one typically just secure bonus on the appointment being set? I would think that it might be possible to capture $$ on both the appointment being set and a resulting sale/service on the clients side.
Do you do final expense or mortgage protection appointments? Or got referral?
I had to find out exactly what A Appointment Setter does. Kinda thought all the Appointment setter does is make the Appointment date and the sales Agent take it from there.

Usually you must have a cold calling or sales experience or at least the ability/personality to persuade people on the phone. Great command of English language is a must too, specially if you will be calling US market.
