Hello Aaron! I have a question related to oubound calls. In that section, you talk about asking the questions from Triage call script directly on the phone. Does that mean, that if the potential client is willing to answer these question on the phone, i can skip the triage call completely and send him straight to Remote closer call after that? Or should I normally set a Triage call with him and send him to remote closer after that? Thank you for your answer!
