Honestly, having a relatively quiet (at night) neighborhood so close to downtown and the event venues seems like a good combo. Nightlife options are always available in adjacent neighborhoods.
Exactly. Many find that very appealing.
Honestly, the south loop especially above Roosevelt and east of state just feels like the loop proper. lots of really neat old architecture, especially the Manhattan building. Love the 111 diner or whatever it’s called… We need more places like that.
I work in CBD, live in the S Loop, ....quiet neighborhood is correct and much valued!!! So ez to catch the blue and get around for me....I FREAKIN LOVE IT!!!!!!
Please do Pros and Cons of West loop neighborhood. :)!
I already have! Take a look at my other videos.
what's the Gold Coast market look like? A lot huge price drops-- where's the bottom?
Similar to those markets around it (River north, Streeterville), it's struggling. Prices there have been stagnant for a while now. My prediction is that we're in the bottom now. I don't expect it to get much better than this quickly, but I also don't see it getting much worse either.
